It's not just them. Since the Olympics are over, it seems the Powers That Be don't have to even try to keep up appearances anymore. The Net Nanny's going rabid. Even the New York Times has been blocked out.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if it did "protectionize" things for a local party-liner, though. 🙁
And while I can reach Brawna… my writing's gone into other things. I've discovered that (gasp!) there's more to write about than large females. Looks like I've outgrown it. (How's that for ironic?)
JimmyDimplesParticipantHey, folks, Italian animator Bruno Bozzetto's got a very telling animation here… Men Vs. Women – The Difference.
JimmyDimplesParticipantLet me officially declare on this forum, Davey, that this picture's got me timbers shivered!

Don't know how it escaped our view. Seems the title character's trying to create a big monster to impress the other mad scientists around… and she turns out to be as sweet as apple pie, with desires to be an actress. 🙂 Sounds like my kind of movie.

JimmyDimplesParticipantYo-ho-ho! Way to go!
I'd love to see the biography behind her so someone can put some stories to her.
JimmyDimplesParticipantFinished this in time for International Talk Like a Pirate Day. Excuse its taking a year in the making, but I hope you enjoy the outcome.

JimmyDimplesParticipantSaw the pics at your dA site. Not bad at all, but I have to ask Shiko's question from Project A-ko: "Ain't it cold in that?" 😛
JimmyDimplesParticipantOh yes, Yorkie bars. I personally find them unpleasant, but there you go. The whole idea of them being masculine is that they're big and chunky and they were the favourite snack of long-distance lorry drivers who tended to be hairy, overweight blokes.
Hairy, overweight blokes? Hey! ;D That's ME!
I like the blocky, solid, no-nonsense, this-is-a-Yorkie-take-it-or-leave-it-mate BBC (Brown Boring Chocolate).
Ya don't like 'em? Ah well. Send me yours. 😛
Okay, back on topic. To be honest, I at first didn't care one way or the other because (1) I'm in Asia, and (2) I kind of resent advertising's targeting my libido to buy a product. I did a little reading, and uncovered the core of the matter. Did you know Mr. Clean was being targeted?
Yeah. I wish I was making this up: It's in the New York Times and commented on in Crosswalk.
The critics are targeting him, because his "…muscular physique might imply that only a strong man is powerful enough to tackle dirt."
Oh. Brother. ::)
JimmyDimplesParticipantI remember reading this fresh on the Sunday comics way back in my high school days, and loving it! Great to see them again! Thanks for sharing them!
Wish I could've seen the ones where Julah made her reappearance…
JimmyDimplesParticipantAce stuff… well written scene, and I loved the informative training spot at the end. Helpful for all of us.
Wish I could see Truc's come-uppance.
