As a part of the problem I'd like to speak on the subject for a minute.

It's a given fact that a message board will have a large lurker population. Lucky for usAmaz0ns aren't jerks about it and you won't see someone's opinion negated due to a low post count or so I hope.

Now I have only submitted one story to the board. An incomplete story. While I do admit that I wish that it had got few more, I am damn happy about the replies I did get. But when I posted my story, I posted for me. I had an idea in my head and while I wanted to share it with you guy's, I mainly wrote it to see if I could.

What I didn't write it for was for the sake of building up a "community". So that the members can feel proud that their board is thriving.

You keep saying you want the board to do something. Well as inoffensive as I can say this…What the Hell do you want us to do ?

You mention making a female muscle game, if only someone knew how to program. You're right that's all you need to make a female muscle game. Now to make a good game centered around female muscle growth…you need artists, you need coders,level designers, you need musicians, you need writers. depending on how you want to work it you need 3d modelers. If you want to go old school you need good sprite artists. All of them with their own schedules, their own motivation levels and their own egos to deal with.

You know what? There probably is someone out there willing to bankroll an FMG centered film. Probably some eager actress trying to get her foot in the door, too. But do you think they'll do it for the sake of "community"? No way. Investors want returns and actors want compensation.  

I'm not trying to sound harsh or condescending but it's just that I dislike these finger-pointing sky-is-falling type of topics.  It just seems like then the only reason is provided is because of undue pressure and not because the contributor wanted to post it.

If it wasn't that tiny toons episode, then I'd have to guess it was an episode of Amazing Stories. basically a student creates a mixture that brings photos to life. He uses it on a centerfold, as she comes to life her shadow towers over him. She says something along the lines of "kiss me I'm yours" cut to commercial before reveal. I had to leave before it came back on.

One of my reasons is similar to yours, if I didn't write it, then no one would.

I'm not big on the whole 'request' thing. You know bugging a writer/artist to create something you're probably more than capable of doing yourself.

Ugh.

However the most important reason was just to see if I could do it.

My family always told me that I had a knack for writing when they read my school assignments but they didn't know that sometimes it would take me half an hour just to write two paragraphs that I thought was half satisfactory. Hell, this post will probably go through at five revisions before you guys see it. 

I guess the story I wrote was a learning experience. If I could get at least part of it out then I could face any other obstacle I may perceive in my life.
