ParticipantThe Bionic Woman is to be broadcast on Wednesday nights in the 9pm slot, NBC announced. That is going to be a hard time slot.
David Eick, Glen Morgan, Jason Smilovic, Michael Dinner and the lot are going to have a hard time with that time slot.

ParticipantA real treat of a story.

ParticipantIt could be a neat show but my gut feeling is that it will not.
A problem that I never overcame with the original is that the Bionic Woman only had two bionic legs and an arm which should preclude many of the feats of strength seen, such as lifting a car using the bionic arm. Katie Sackhoff's character seemingly has bionics throughout her body which should provide the structural system needed to pick up a car.
Also if the nanites could beautifully repair, the new bionic woman, Michelle Ryan's face after it was cut to the bone then why install the bionics (macro mechanical robotic parts) as they are seemingly superfluous.
Eh, it is a TV show and Michelle Ryan is a babe…

ParticipantThor for sure. 🙂

ParticipantSeems as if the Bionic Woman has been greenlighted and given a full run for the upcoming season on NBC. I would have selected to put the show on SCI-FI or USA for the rating requirements are just unattainable for nearly all science fiction shows on NBC (Heroes being the current exception).
The Bionic Woman sure does have a nice Hollywood pedigree with David Eick (Battlestar) and Glen Morgan (Space: Above and Beyond, …).
A person has provided a review and a synopsis of the pilot episode of the new Bionic Woman (spoilers)
http://www.aintitcool.com/?q=node/32607Few pages of images of Michelle Ryan. Some are ultra high resolution. While not a hard body she is fit and stacked. Nice face, eyes, and hair as well…

ParticipantOne of my favorite stories as well. And similar to the main character something about being hit with a breasts seems interesting – though I too do not know where that stems from.
Only bit that I could go without if the rage but without that plot dynamic…

“Amazon Artifact,” by Lingster There are 8 parts…
"Alt.Univ," by Marknew part 2 part 3 part 4
"Compounding Interest," by Hunter S. Creek
“Amy Bulks Up,” by Magic Man The missing / lost sequal eats away at me every now and then!
“The Spell,” By Marknew is also great.

ParticipantWell, the neglect would be easier to understand if Viacom owned it. Since DC is owned by Time Warner, it makes no sense at all that the show only airs once per week, irregularly, on the Cartoon Network. Time Warner owns the rights to the show – one of its most popular – yet airs it at 10pm on Saturdays, when the kids are in bed and most adults are away from the TV.
With the new CW coming forth and the end of a few long standing Saturday morning cartoons / anime as of late on the current WB, JLU could be a real possibility as a filler.
CW = The joint venture between CBS Corporation, owner of UPN, and Warner Bros. Entertainment, a subsidiary of Time Warner, majority owner of The WB.
