As long as we’re on this topic, one thing that’s really worked for me is the primal/paleo diet approach. I’d drifted up to about 20% bodyfat during 2010 but after six months greatly reducing almost all “added sugar” and “white” carbohydrates I’m down to 14% with no change in activity level. I’ve lost about 20 pounds and near as I can tell from the impedance scale, none or nearly none of it was muscle.

Ok, I loved Crzyfck, I missed the whole of his stories when google turned evil on his google docs account :'( I just hope that Crzyfck does post all his stories on brawna or thevalkyre, he is a great author

Lingster, when are you going to do a Will’s power part 2??? seriously I liked your stories a lot. About the new layout for Brawna, it is ok but I miss the search functionality while not logged on

2. When Microsoft was giving away its Bing box I was happy to share site search with uncredentialed visitors, because it didn’t eat my server resources. Now that Microsoft has shut down the free Bing box, I won’t be offering it. It slows down the site too much and eats too many resources. People probably don’t realize this, but Brawna does half a million pageviews per month. It isn’t super complex or expensive to host, but it ain’t a Tumblr blog, either. So log in.
