I believe 1024×768. It's what my monitor is set at BUT since it seems to be set a percentages of window width (automatically adjusting for window size) other dimensions would work fine.
Generally web designers either work at the above size or 800×600.

I think there's some interesting aerodynamics involved with super heroine flight otherwize those scoop neck tops would take in air and cause unsightly bulges further down in their costumes. 😮
