It hasn’t been posted here yet so I will do the honors B) .

Apparently there is a fan made animation with a character named Android 18 from the Dragon Ball Z anime that includes female muscle growth over at deviant art.

That took me by surprise the first time I saw it, it is totally worth watching it and thumbs up to the guy that made it :).

Ive seen all the episodes. Unfortunately the only girl getting near of going through a muscle growth like Tiger is his little daughter. She has the ability to absorb/copy other heroes powers. As you can imagine when she copies her father power up ability later in the series she just gains super speed and strength for a moment but zero muscles (typical).

Never the less its a fun to watch series despite not having any female muscle or growth of that sorts.

Indeed the scene barely lasts for 1 sec, i downloaded and ripped the frames f the super move so here are the MG frames. It does look like a dragon ball muscle growth XD

Confirmed it today using a search feature to find relative pics of the one posted on g-hentai. Indeed it goes by the name School Days/Cross Days and apparently it is a video-game-novel-anime about school life. The scene in talk though appears in the Cross Days video. The girl Ion seems to be a basketball player and a very muscular and cute one. She appears in 2-3 sex scenes at most and its the only moment you will see her body, rest of the time she is dressed in the school uniform and cant tell the difference.

Still it was better than nothing 😀 . If you are interested on more info about it search Nihonomaru forums and you will find it!
