ParticipantHere are some tidbits of girl/girl stuff I’ve stumbled across over the past few years. It’s really not much, but that’s just me. I prefer the more soft, romantic approach to a FBB. Most of these are aimed at the hardcore fanbase.

ParticipantThere are moments whenever I look at a certain piece of art, or a story, and am completely overwhelmed by its beauty and prose. THIS is one fabulously well written story… this is a prime example of just how language can truly be THE most powerful aphrodisiac. WOW
Inspired by ME? Awwh, thank you darling. I am truly humbled. Well let me be the first to tell you, YOU have inspired me!! My God, its like each and every word DRIPS with sheer ecstasy… like a bowl of the richest broth, boiling over with the most delicious and eloquent of words. You truly have a talent, EccentricMan. I have honestly never read a story that so lusciously describes the intoxicating beauty of a muscular woman the way in which you do… I should hire you to be my editor for ‘The Conquest of Mawiyah’. Well, maybe not… not enough $$$! ;D
I just can’t gloat enough about this piece… I can absolutely attest that you are so much in love with a woman of power. Stories like this make me want to write better.
Speechless…
*bows in humility* 😉

ParticipantThat's a lovely concept. 😉 My ex was a geek (thin, tall, and not considered hot) in school, and she became an amazing tower of pure beauty.

ParticipantNow, I love muscular women AND average looking cutesypies AND full-figured plump-ish women with a good set of curves.
I should hire you to draw me then. 😉

ParticipantI LOVE questions like these. Great idea, Stmercy!!
Can’t say what the answer is to the first, but as for the second question… I had a similar experience when I was confronted with a FBB. However I had no clue that she was my dream girl at the time, so that took my “starstruck” handicap away. 😉 For now though, if I met Nikki Fuller or Annie Rivvecio, I wouldn’t be so intimidated. After all, they’re just girls!! Of course, I would flirt my way through it, and just be myself. They’re just like us folks, they too have dreams and hopes, and want to be loved.
Peace and Love,
Mimi
ParticipantI eagerly voted for “It is something that is very sensual and personal that is just a part of you”. This is a BIG dilemma I had to face myself a few years ago when faced with dating a FBB. I too had the common misunderstanding that a woman with muscle was a freak and looked upon as completely bizarre. And I can’t truly say where I was “taught” that per se, but similar to my own lifestyle, a woman with power and muscle was an outcast, and once I met and fell in love with my FBB was when I finally saw that they are truly beautiful women in their own right.
I think anyone with an open mind would naturally accept a powerful woman because deep down, they are humans too. They have a heart, soul, and mind just like the rest of us. It was a wonderful lesson I learned, and ended up opening my mind to a much larger (and sexier) standard of living.
I also enjoy persuading my GF’s to consider strong women when it comes to dating, or friendships. It’s a sweet victory whenever I see someone who has that “ah-ha” moment, when they let go of their accustomed thinking, and see a muscular woman for WHO they are, and the vast amount of commitment and training they endure for a way of life that is to be commended and worshipped.
Is it sexual? Of course it is. Anything to do with a woman’s body is sexual. And there’s nothing wrong with that whatsoever. We are ALL sexual creatures.
Just my two cents worth. I could be wrong!

*Stepping off her soap box now. Sorry. 😉

ParticipantKisses and congrads, darling… 😉

Participantcpbell0033944,
Wow, you know your history, honey. I wasn’t even aware of some of the details you listed. Both you and Stmercy are absolutely correct. But in terms of history, these trends are cyclical, and eventually, it will level back out to (hopefully) a normal look. All I know is how hard it is for us women to try and find a good balance of being healthy, and “looking” healthy too.
I don’t necessarily agree that gay men had THAT much of an influence on fashion, although some, but only to a point. Fashion is very susceptible to many factors.
Who knows. All I know is that curves are a good thing for girls. ;D
Peace and Love,

ParticipantThen I’ll definitely consider it… I always have an open mind to new and exciting challenges.
Thanks babe,
Mimi
ParticipantThis is going to sound like a completely stupid question, but is growth stories pretty popular? I take it as such, but had never thought about it before I joined this board. Hmmmmm… 😉 it’s an interesting concept.
Maybe one day, I’ll write one.
