Here's a 4-minute video to see them in action.

Zelda has some good female muscle.  A lot of the women are pretty standard, but some are quite muscled.

I think the most notable one is Impa, a Sheikah protector of Princess Zelda in many games:

The Zora females are quite muscular,

Then there are the Gerudos and their society of desert amazon women and warriors:

I swear some one on in the Zelda art department must have been a "schmoe".

The show would have been much much more entertaining if they were even remotely looking like that  ;D

Dana and Carol had decent tone, especially Dana's calves and arms (though she usually wore sleeves).  They weren't bad for Hollywood female muscle.  Recent pics of Christine Lakin (Al) show she has gone the complete opposite direction – for almost an anorexic look.

Well, this is the first work I've put up on DA; here's the link:

I noticed others post thumbs to their pages.  I tried to figure it out, but I couldn't find any obvious way that worked, so I'll wait until later.

I used a new technique (for me at least) to draw this. It involved pasting body parts and tracing over them.  If anyone is interested, here is the basic process I used:

    —-

    Step 1 – Preliminary Sketch

Add drop shadows, major light, and generally fix the picture up. The artwork is finished!

I'll add to that that I'd like her to have some degree of interest in the spiritual, and share some of my interests.  Not a complete personality clone, as I get bored of myself sometimes.

What color hair-black, brown, blonde, red, strawberry blond, etc?

Auburn with a bit of a tan.

Boob size, nipple size, real boobs, fake?

As far as cups and size – in proportion with the body.  As real as possible.  Huge, perky nipples.

    How smart?

100-135 IQ.  Possibly higher if she doesn't try to make me feel like a dumbass and shares some interests.  Some of my fantasies have extremely smart women, but in real life, it would probably be intimidating for me – more so than a set of 20" biceps.

    How tall?
    5-6 to 6-0

    Measurments, arms, legs, etc?

    Weight: 170-230
Bodyfat: 10-20% (not too hard, but not a whale either)
    Biceps: 17-19"
    Forearms: 11-14"
    Thighs: 29-31"
    Calves: 19-22"

Strength levels, strong for a women, strong as a very strong man, strong as women pro atheltic, etc?

Becca Swanson strong.  Though I wouldn't cry if she could "only" bench 300 lbs and squat 450.

A rich muscle women, working class women, etc?

Don't really care as long as the standard of living is comfortable and I have plenty of time with her, and can travel around.

Does she like to show off her muscle or hid them under dule clothing with no hint of what underneath?

Around the house, and no kids, I wouldn't mind a nudist lifestyle, but would be OK with just comfortable shorts and T-shirts – basically what I wear when at home.

How she dress at work, at play, etc?

I guess I'd say a fairly modest woman, but I could live with a little skin exposure in public.  If she got a lot of stares, then I'd prefer that she minimized it as much as possible.

Does she use her strength to show off in public?  Or not at all?

Probably not much of a show-off, but at home she can do lift-and-carries, wrestling, lift heavy furniture – you name it.  I'd love that.

    How old?

Probably within 5 years of my age.

Why she become a muscle women?

Because she likes the power, feel and look, and knows it turns certain men on.  I wouldn't want someone who got big and strong just because they were in a phase, though as we grew older together, I'd imagine we both would get smaller and less in shape.

Any other questions.  Please free feel to add on here.  When you build her!!

Would you like to be roughly equal to or stronger than her in strength?

Yes.  I'm not the type to want my partner to work out while I laze around and don't do anything physical.  I'd love having her as a spotter for me in the gym, and as a general workout partner.  Plus the sex would be great if both of us were in top condition.

I'd like to be equally attractive to her as she was to me.

I'd like to see one where the 25-30 "year" age difference is shown (Even though the years are different in SW, I just guessed on the ages in earth years).  Maybe give Padme some grey hair, especially for all the stress her hubby Vader has put her through.

I posted the updated sheet last night.  Measurements for thigh, calf, bicep, forearm, chest, and waist are calculated.  Others like neck can be added easily by copying and pasting a cell.

For chest, here is an alternate approximation to the one on the sheet:
    =HTRat*AVERAGE((2*I7+I9*(PI-2));2*(I7+I9))

    The first one
    2*I7+I9*(PI-2)
is the circumference of a circle with diameter=depth, plus 2*(height-depth).  I forget what it's called (I'm sure there's a name for it) but it's the shape formed by the rectangle (h-d)x(d) placed between the two halves of the circle diameter=depth. (a form of a rounded rectangle)

    The second parameter
    2*(I7+I9)
is just the perimeter of the rectangle d x h

For really busty women, it may be good to figure in the boobs & pecs separately.

Hi MuskelGrothe.  Many thanks for creating this useful tool!  I've been trying to apply it to a commissioned piece of artwork, and run into a couple issues for which I have questions.  ???

First, the example spreadsheet entries for the chest appear to use a width greater than the length (75 pixels versus 45 pixels).  Your diagram shows chest width as the measurement from collarbone to abdomen, while the chest length is the measurement across from side-to-side, so by the diagram, length should be greater than width.  Which is correct, or does it matter?

I messed up on that entry.  But since cylindrical volume simplifies to =(1/4)*pi*w*h*d, it doesn't matter which dimension is which, due to the commutative law.

Second, your ratios width/depth for thighs, biceps, and calves don't give guidance for a normal, non-muscular woman.  I tend to use the ratios closest to 1 in that case.

For volume, I think it the ratios are a little less important, especially for longer bones (limbs).

Third, the weight sheet contains an input for Target weight in pounds.  Isn't that what we're trying to calculate?  So what purpose does that serve?  For now I've been putting in something that approximates 0.036 lb/in^3, erring on the low side for less muscular women and on the high side for more muscular women.

Target weight doesn't affect the computed weight at all.  I just included it to help adjust the formula if needed.  The idea was to compare a known weight of an individual with the computed result.  The constant PoundsPerCubicInch and PPCIDev (PoundsPerCubicInch random deviation range) are used with the volume, calculated skeleton weight, and constant adult head weight to get the result.  If you want to change the PoundsPerCubicInch or PPCIDev values, just type them in on the constant page.  I got PoundsPerCubicInch by averaging out a sample set, and PPCIDev was the standard deviation of that set.

Also, I've put in a row for elliptical circumference using Ramanujan's approximation, which is

    pi*[3(a+b) – sqrt((3a+b)(a+3b))]

where a and b are the major and minor radii.  This seems to work out pretty well.  An example formula is

    =PI*(1.5*(C8+C9)-0.5*SQRT((3*C8+C9)*(3*C9+C8)))*$B18/$B17

which gives a circumference in inches.

I'll put a circumference measurement on the spreadsheet soon.  Biceps, Forearms, Thighs, Calves, Waist, and Chest should be on it.
