ParticipantThanks very much, Neon. I'll keep that in mind and look into it. As to the acne, yeah, I've had that problem for years, even before chemo, really, for which in high school I was on Accutane for about a year, probably the reason I ever had cancer.

ParticipantThanks, Neon. It is still appreciated regardless. lol And yeah, I know the adverse affects well, during that time there was no period at all for many months.
NecrochildK
ParticipantSo I've noticed. lol Here's hoping I get a knowledgeable reply from anyone, really.

Participant^_^ Thanks so much for the tips, Neon. I would think the latter that you described wouldn't be so bad in a photo if you cut it off before it got too high, lol.
Anyways, I had a couple more pics I'm a little proud of of my upper back here.
One while relaxed…NecrochildK
ParticipantThanks both of you. I used to use arch supports, but I never could stand having them in my shoes, and oddly, they hurt a bit. I'll try the braces or wraps though as soon as I can get ahold of some. Gotta wiggle it into the budget, lol.

ParticipantThanks, though I learn far more from reading the posts here than I can get from a website. I have trouble reading long things, my mind wanders far too easily no matter how hard I try to keep my focus on it. Honestly, sometimes that's what helps me get through my workout. Heh, when my mind doesn't wander I have troubles pushing to finish, it gets my mind off the effort it's taking. Anyways, back on thought, I can more easily absorb information in bits, details, and more easily remember it too.

ParticipantHeh, I been thinking about that myself. It's hard pushing what I do now already. I dunno, maybe I've been trying to push too hard. The thing is, while it hurts at the time of the workout, I hardly have any ache the next day.
NecrochildK
ParticipantAh, thank you. No, not confusing at all.
NecrochildK
ParticipantAnd what is each of them meant to accomplish?

ParticipantIf you're not used to powerwalking a distance of over a mile AND you have bad arches, it's best to stretch out throughly….otherwise you'll get shin splints. And NOBODY likes shin splints. Shin splints themselves don't even like shin splints. 😛
XD Shin splints REALLY don't like shin splints! Splints, odd word… Wonder who came up with that word… Yeah, today was Conge` in Grand Coteau at my old school, kind of a fair/fund raiser. I went and did lots of walking, by the time I got back to my car, my arches were thanking me for getting off of my feet.
