I hadn't really thought about it when watching the show but I suppose that I see the point…

While it would be nice to see Sarah Connor as a more robust woman and the frail look of her is hardly congruent with the bad assery… it's not something that I'll be thinking about too much.

Ah, yes. Shamelessly She-Hulk… I'm not actually sure how it's progressing… Tygerbug stopped posting up regular updates on the forum nearly a year ago and then all we – I'm not sure I was included in "we"… – got were sporadic e-mails from the man in question. They had actually done a lot of filming done but as to whether it has lapsed or such, I do not know.

Artwise… she's drawn pretty substantially… maybe not enough bosom but plenty of muscle and plenty tall… and able to lay the smack down.

Quite WHY she's along on this mission though, I'm not sure… and how she's able to stop herself from punching Iron Man's face off…

Ah… ever since Jeff Goldblum managed to become a big ol' fly, people have been messing around with this idea… or maybe since Scotty first beamed someone up… Suffice to say that I can't recollect any of the results being quite so sexy… Don't you dare leave us hanging too long.

Suffice to say, this rates fairly high on the idiot-o-meter… I'd say something like "at least he had the courage of his convictions" but this was rather stupid.

Hmm… it depends, I suppose.

There's always the generic stuff – genetic mutation/virus/radiation causes women to get bigger and stronger because that's what you want. Viruses are more fun, really… you've got the spread, people dealing with the consequences, you can play around with governments trying to contain it, women trying to get it/avoid it, cures being made, mutations occurring… and of course, it can all start in some remote little town for no other reason than a virus mutated.

Radiation… well, I suppose if you had some change in the Sun or some nuclear test or something, you could have a situation where there's a persistent low level radiation that – you guessed it – makes women get bigger… so, as the years progress women just get bigger and bigger.

I suppose if you wanted to do a longer story, you could have some social change… maybe the equality swings the other way. Women start to become the sexual aggressors… bigger women are more successful etc. and hence, bigger women have more kids and over time, women become super Amazons.

Or maybe even a drug… I actually kind of like that idea. If you have something like birth control or another product of similar ubiquity which has the side effect of making women grow – slowly. You could have quite some fun with that. Some women dropping it, others flocking to it… you could have a cultural divergence of strong women and normal women… that might be interesting. Doubtless, some strong women wanting all the women to be big and strong…

Yeah, I think that – if we exclude those uptight religious types – most reactions are going to fall somewhere in the spectrum of amusement to indifference.

When explaining BE to some girls, I've had "What? That's no big deal." to "That's the dumbest thing ever." Although, the latter is from a girl who is rather objectionable about such things. Still, I've never told anyone that totally freaked out.
