Sorry I haven't been around – that so called "Real Life" patch has been crashing my computer time much too often this quarter – my employer just laid off about half the local office – we've been going toe to toe with the off-shore tech-support companies, and had a "The cold Equations" moment when we looked at the numbers and realized we could do that, or make money, but not both. Personally, I agree with the free trade arguments and think it does more good than harm, but it do sure focus the mind when the harm hits close to home.

But Thanks for the feedback – I've been intending to take time and play with blender too see what I can/can't learn to do in it after some frustration with "The Movies" limitations, but laziness (And it's minion "Elder Scrolls IV- Oblivion") may result in my putting it off until I see what the expansion pack can do. But the project will get a chapter II.

    Thanks – Pug

    Good for you.

By the way, for future reference, I believe this falls into the realm of Art or Video Games.

Actually, I thought I posted it there, but all three of the posts I made that day weren't where I thought I left them.

I'm glad you like it – not entirely sure where to go with it from here, but if I have time to play with it some more, I'm sure I can come up with something.

I went there and didn't see a dowload link or anything. How does this work?  😐

Well, I accessed the link – it first initiates a 45 second countdown, then a small popup labeled "Megaupload Links" comes up.
Click the X and it closes, revealing a download button. Click that and
    A) the download starts  (Seems to run about 60-70 kbps) and
    B) a R-rated popup pop-up for "Passion.com" opens.

    Sorry – I know it's a pain, but it's the only site I've seen that'll take the file – .

But that should get it through – Pug (Still Hoping people like it)

P.S. – if anyone is willing to set it up as a torrent file, you have my permission

It looks like Megaupload will accept the file – Thanks.
I'll post the link in art-FMG when I get it back. Hope people enjoy it.

I just like stories – I used to run a website that just catalogued stories across the web and usenet – it was getting around 100,000 hits per month when I changed colleges.

But mostly I blame MarkNew742 and my cataloguing links to "The Spell" on alt.amazon-women.admirers.

Just FYI – I've found Mplayer to be useful – The codecs need to be loaded manually, but it will run just about everything, you can operate it from the commandline, rip streaming video to a file, and it doesn't get it's sticky little fingerprints all over your registry.

It's originally from linux, so it has that worldview to it, but it's basically pretty easy.

Damn fine writing – and a definite reminder that the things that make fun fantasies can be lousy realities when actual cause and effect gets measured in.

I don't think the Girlcott will be the lead story tonight, though somebody that does the full story from start to finish – the shooting, the Girlcott, the Big sisters, will end up with a Pulitzer. Wish I wasn't working this weekend or I'd take a stab at it.

I like the humor iin this one – She's decent, He's decent, the universe is just weirder than they expected.
