ParticipantWow, just mind-blowing brilliant! The only critique I could offer is that her neck looks a bit skinny compared to rest of her body.
Also, the muscle system looks very realistic for the running motion, but have you done any sort of muscle flexing type of poses that would give a better indication of how good the muscular deformation is.

Sounds cool, Holiday. Can you please tell me, would it be hard for you to apply your airbrushing skills to a muscular female figurine, as there is a company who will do 3D prints of Zbrush and Poser figures, but won’t do realistic skin painting.
Sorry, I don’t know anything about that. I’ll be learning thorough 3D skills when I go study in Australia later this year. But I think playing with the light sources on 3D objects can be tiresome if you want to a simpler approach. But Photoshop is a good tool to start with surface textures.
I think you must have misunderstood me. What I mean is that the skin texture can’t be printed from 3D, but rather has to be airbrushed onto the actual statue after it has been printed. So it’s an exercise in physical painting with an airbrush, not in 3D texturing with software. However, you could use the 3D renders, with skin texture, as a reference for painting the skin onto the statue.

ParticipantThis is outstanding! I've never wanted to be a dwarf more in my life!

ParticipantWow, looks very promising, CDR!
Most of us can afford a decent PC and a fast internet connection, so I doubt many of us could honestly say we couldn't afford to shell out a measly 4 bucks. Personally, I'm keen to see a part 2, so I'm only to happy to pay the $4 to see it.
I hope it goes well for you.

ParticipantWow, thanks for remembering us! It really is inspirational to see how much you have improved in such a short time!
I've always had a soft spot for Snow White, so it's amazing to see her looking so buff. Thanks again!

ParticipantDamn, she was good for the sport. So sorry that she's not still competing!

ParticipantWow, this is a hugely impressive 3D animation 😮 😮 :o!
All of the elements, such as the animation, rendering and sound design, were all top notch. It was almost like it was just a bonus that the subject matter also happened to be exactly what I am into.
Also, if you don't mind me asking, who did you get to do the female voice?

ParticipantThis is really great. Thanks so much for sharing it.
By they way, I take it was meant to be a slide show on not full motion. Also, if you don't mind me asking, who did you get to do the female voice?

ParticipantI've been meaning to post about this show and the Genie character for a while now, as I'm a big fan of it. I only just discovered it last year, but I noticed afterwards that Elee posted about both the Manga and the Anime quite a few years ago. Genie's not the main character or anything, but I've encountered a few episodes that focus on her, and every now and then, they show that she is incredibly strong as well as being a formidable warrior.
By the way, I was able to get the complete box set on Amazon for not that much and it looks like it's still available:
