ParticipantIf you liked that clip, you should check out her members site, and you'll see that clip is only the tip of the iceberg!

ParticipantMy God, she looks amazing. It's hard to believe she's over 35!
I also think it's damn cool that she competed and did well in both the figure and bodybuilding divisions. However, if she wanted to make it in the pros, she would have to choose one or the other and lose muscle to compete in figure or gain muscle to compete in bodybuilding. This is kind of sad, as she looks pretty damn perfect as she is. It makes me wish there was a third pro division like "muscular figure" where women could do a flexing routine, were judged more on tone, shape, and symmetry more than pure size, but at the same time were not penalized for size either.

Wow! Great find.

ParticipantYes.
Ayanamifan- I plan to have another one done, but I just don't have the money sitting around right now.
I have Reddyheart doing another commish for me- a 40 page comic!! After that, it will probably be awhile.
So you're the reason Reddyheart has finished Tough Love 3 yet! Any chance you'll be sharing that comic as well when it's finished?

ParticipantThey should make a distinction on these lists if they consider the cameo to be "worth it" or not. Raue Hollit in Skin Deep was definetly worth the watch because she was 1) in great shape, 2) had significant screen time and 3) had a great muscle scene with ohn Ritter. Teagan Clive in "Sinbad" otoh — total waste of time. Terrible movie, and Tegan was so out of shape she doesnt even remotely resemble an fbb.
I was thinking about seeing that one, so thanks for letting us know that it's probably not worth it.

ParticipantComical, really? 8 heads is actually pretty conservative when it comes to this sort of art. Have you seen any of Tigersan's characters? Some are 9 or 10 heads tall. 7 heads is often used for Manga females, when the legs are drawn ultra long. I've only heard of 6 heads being used for children. Don't forget that adding hair will make a big difference to the balance of her head and body. Perhaps you could whip up some polygonal hair for your model to see if it makes a difference. But you are right about her hands. The guide I've often read is that they should be about 3/4 of a head and the fingertips should come down to mid-thigh level when the arms are at the sides.
Oh, and I cut and rotated her legs in Photoshop and measured from the ankle, so my measurements should be fairly accurate.
Reason
ParticipantI did some analysis of the proportions for you and found that they are all spot on for an 8-headed figure, except for the fact that her actual head was 1.5 heads high! I knew there was something bothering me about the proportions and this must have been what it was. I would try uniformly scaling down the whole head so that the head comes down to just above where the old eyebrow line was and see if it looks any better.
For the muscle shapes, the quads are spectacular, but I think the lower legs still need a bit of work. The soleus muscle that lies under the calf muscle appears to be missing. This muscle is particularly prominent on the outside and causes the outside curve to go all the way down to the ankle. It causes a more gradual tapering on the inside of the calves as well. I also stand by my initial feeling that her butt could be a bit larger and rounder to balance better with her quads.
By the way, did you happen to check out the thread I posted recently showing a reference diagram of a female bodybuilder that I had commissioned? You may find it useful as a comparison before you start Zbrushing.

ParticipantWow, so neat! And you call yourself an artist! 😀

ParticipantYeah, more cool updates, CGMann. Thanks for continuing to post the wireframes as well. It really shows the benefit of making the polygons follow the anatomy.
Also, Silo seems to be a very capable program for the price. Might have to fork out some dough and buy it.

I'm guessing you were just too mesmerized by Quadra-Blu to notice. 😉
That was my fault as I edited my post after jdm022 posted his comment, so sorry about that. I also seem to have misspelled Quadra-Blu and Lyman Dally's names. What a mess! Last time I make a post at 2:00 am in the morning when I'm half asleep!
