Wow, combining two desires at once, very nice.  They are all beautiful, but I especially like the last girl (hint, combining 3 desires at once!).

Anybody know who the girl on the right is? In the green dress?

For that matter, who's that on the left?  That is one hot muscle duo.  They are gorgeous!

Who would ever have thought that a website run by people whose express purpose is to avoid paying for anything ever wouldn't play fair with your money.  I'm shocked, shocked I say.  Why, it's almost as if they don't respect you as a person and only value the money they think they can extort from you.  What is the world coming to these days?

What's especially awesome is the vanishingly few people who contributed new (legitimate) content being locked out of their own posts for not paying the (unspecified, arbitrary) toll.

Wasn't there an episode of Hunter with an FBB?  My memory is vague, all I remember is a woman muscling out of her sweater.  It could have been from the show The Fall Guy.

I think tattoos can be rather interesting and enhance the striking appearance of a woman.

It's possible that all the humanoid races are genetically compatible (there was an episode in Next Generation about an ancient race providing "seed DNA" all over our part of the galaxy).  However it is more likely that there was genetic manipulation and the characters just don't think to talk about it; after all, it is probably relatively easy and commonly done.

Especially between humans and Vulcans/Romulans: our blood isn't even compatible.  Humans and Klingons seem to be more closely related despite the brow ridge.

They are inconsistent on the Vulcan size issue.  Sometimes the show says that Vulcan has a higher gravity, but then no humans ever have trouble getting around.  I try to use facts that aren't internally inconsistent.

Interesting.  I remember Delenn saying that on B5 but I didn't think about it as applied to Star Trek.  I like the idea too, though I think that it is likely only social beings would have the combined willpower and brainpower to achieve starflight.

The Farscape aliens all make fun of Crighton for being inferior, but he always wins and keeps his sense of humor intact.  Given how flawed everyone and every species on that show is, I think the appearance of human inferiority is much more a racial prejudice than any sort of fact.  Plus, he's genetically compatible with the Peacekeepers and they are badass in a very inflexible sort of way.

Shouldn't this go in the other Vulcan thread?

Well, it's a bit silly arguing about genetic traits of Vulcans, since we're not given enough information (I'll leave aside the silliness of arguing about a show that is so often inconsistent with itself).

Given the rarity of Vulcan-human hybrids, and Spock's health, we can probably assume that hybrids can only be created with a LOT of genetic tinkering, and that there is significant hybrid vigor (Spock seems to have inherited the best traits of both species).  So Spock probably couldn't mate with either humans or Vulcans without similar genetic alterations for compatibility.

Eventually, yes, I would think that the alien DNA (alien to either species) would get diluted enough to produce a genetically compatible (i.e. mate-able) offspring with some of the superior qualities of the other species.

As to what is superior about humans, I would argue that for all their vaunted emotional control, Vulcans can also be short-sighted and petty, but much less able to deal with it, and that humans are much better (generally) at dealing with our emotions.  I think of Vulcans as a warning of the damage suppressed emotions and an unexamined desire for "logic" can do.  I freely admit I have no data to back up this claim.

Actually, many of the humanoid races in Star Trek are supposed to be stronger than humans.  Andorian females are supposed to be stronger than normal human males; Cardassians, Klingons — well, that one makes sense.  I think it goes along with generally poor script writing and the popular but misguided view that alien races would somehow necessarily be stronger than us (except the Ferengi).
