Hi folks!

Besides rendering as many game images as possible before real people actually get to try the game, I’m also working on the first alpha build… I encountered a bit of a snag related to DateTime format compatibility between the Client and the Database when installed on a computer running on other date formats than #yyyy-MM-dd#

France is an example, they use #dd/MM/yyyy#…

But I found a way to make it work, and I’ve mostly fixed it already. There may be some few places in the code I haven’t gotten to yet but I’m bound to get to them before August 1st.

That’s right, you read it here first: Patrons will be able to experience the game engine starting in very early August! (Targeting August 1st obviously)

    Hi everybody,
Just wanted to tell you all that there is a new preview on my Patreon, Yes there will be Muscle/Amazon Growth in the Funky Spice PC-game. Here is a test layout of how muscle growth dates could work-out. I’d say the first pic would be at the initial meeting and the second pic at the 3rd date. more info in the Patreon post

Its a good visual… Clearly not a candid shot so there is way to much Photoshopping and effects to tell anything. But from the panel photos at Comic con, she doesn’t looks as skinny as she used to be. Still nothing to “wonder” about if you ask me. Emily Blunt in Edge of Tomorrow anyone? just saying…

So she’s pretty much nothing but a costume at this point and Gadot will have to pull out some never seen before acting chops if they’re going to make WW more than a cardboard place holder in the background. For some reason, I think that’s all she will be: a cardboard cut-out in the background, one that can do its own stunts, sure… but clearly not the stuff of legend that will carry its own title movie. That seems to be DC/WB’s stance on female leads so far anyway.

Gamora or Black widow will have their own solo movies before WW does.

She seems to have cleaned up her act lately, and even if so far she’s shown that she’s an horrible actress, maybe she could do OK in a action flick. Look at Gal Gadot, she’s no actress and she sure doesn’t do it for me but her action scenes turn out good in F&F.

I still think Gemma Arterton would have made for a far better choice as WW.

But then, that’s just me. 😉

Slightly on the shorter side of the spectrum at 5’7″ but very much better than Gal Gadot that’s for sure…
As a serious consideration, I don’t think the real world height of the actress playing the character is that much of issue w/ a movie – or w/ the audience for that matter. Afterall, they had Halle Berry @ 5′-5″ portraying the six-foot Storm in the X-Men movies w/o much of any criticism about that factor.
It depends on the role, Storm is not a physically dominant character. Diana on the other hand is and I know they can use camera tricks to make her look Superman at eye level but for action scenes, she won’t be standing on a wooden box and they can’t have a different set of stunt men around her than those who are surrounding Batman.

Slightly on the shorter side of the spectrum at 5’7″ but very much better than Gal Gadot that’s for sure… here is MY List:

Adrianne Palicki: She’s the perfect 30 y/o for the role, she’s only needs a few protein shakes and the right bra to fill the costume. She’s never had a real big role but she has shown potential and she has a variety of experience.

Jenna Elfman: If they want to go the “Affleck Way” and cast a more mature WW, She definitely can act. Bulk her up a little and dye her hair, I think she could pull it off.

Leelee Sobieski: Somewhat the same reasons as Adrianne Palicki, except she needs a bit more time in the Gym and a dye job.

Deborah Ann Woll: she has the attitude, the talent… The BODY! Just give her the right personal trainer, a dye job and a bit of spray tan.

Tricia Helfer: Like Jenna Elfman age wise, except with a more rugged appearance and less comedic side depending on what the director likes best.

Laura Prepon: She can act, she has a stronger frame so she should turn into quite the amazon if she’s given the right diet and training. Agewise, she’s in between… If you want an actress that looks and acts mature enough but who will last for that 6 movies deal, there she is.

Natasha Henstridge: The real questions is “Would I pick her over Tricia Helfer?” She’d make a kick ass WW no doubt about it.

Mandy Moore: It’s the looks, introduce her to the trainer Jessica Biel had for “Blade: Trinity” and she’s a total amazon admirer’s wet dream. Her acting on the other hand…

Liv Tyler: Also for the looks, she has enough movie acting experience that’s for sure but I can’t shake off the feeling that there is something wrong with her that I can’t describe.

The girl has impressive quads that’s for sure but her training videos are LOL.
Not one rep was made that day. She doesn’t squat half deep enough and her leg press doesn’t even go down to 90degrees…
With proper form, I doubt she’d use more than half the weight she has on in the vids.

That was the best match on that fight card. Ronda gave her a beatdown.

    Great fight indeed!
But Silva’s defeat by incident was pretty shocking and spectacular too!

At 6 feet tall Wonder Woman would need 2500 a day

If she spent that day doing normal people stuff. throwing a tank at a building burns lots of calories!

Lynda Carter was 5’9 and stick thin too.

Linda Carter was a different Era. she actually lost weight for the role.
