I's am most glad that you did find my's advice useful and to read about your progress in all fields.
You next challange is to find the prefect Balance between all things.

Diet is always the greatest task to manage -especially when you first begin to increase your daily intake.
Do you watch your protein or your chaloric intake? Or simply both.
I's can also recommend as a good Protein filler -which means you can eat least for the same results but still feel full- is Tofu.
Firm Tofu is always best because it actually has a solid texture to it and can be more easier manipulated in cooking -especially when thinly sliced into strips and added to stir-fried pork or beef dishes.

I's do wish you luck in your goals and progess but must also tell you that this post will be moved to the new Progress Board. Please direct all future posts of this nature there and retain this section for questions.

Thank you for posting this, dear Elee, but they are still dated as of 2002 and are not current -so to speak.
The last that I's did hear of Ms. Sazuki is that she had returned to pure powerlifting and coaching.
It is a supreme wish that she does return to compotition -for her physique was very much a head of her time- and it would be wonderful to see her compete against the likes of Ms. Lehtonen.
That would be a most wonderful thing but, alas, a mere fantasy.

Ms. Sazuki is one of those Ladies of whom I's do occasional meditate upon and think 'what ever happen?' and 'what could have been?'.

Where ever she is and whatever she is doing, I's hope she is well and happy.
