ParticipantThanks very much, Neon. I'll keep that in mind and look into it. As to the acne, yeah, I've had that problem for years, even before chemo, really, for which in high school I was on Accutane for about a year, probably the reason I ever had cancer.
If you were on a drug such as Accutance then you may most definately be in need of a proper Liver Cleansing and/or a total Organ Cleansing Diet.
To simply help re-order your organs, best to focus on foods, herbs and suppliments that promote healing of the liver, kidneys, spleen and pancreas and once they are restored to health, your other organs shall begin to heal and function as they were intended. If you so wish, I's can go back through my's remaining notebooks and see if I's can translate the best means and methods for Organ Healing and Cleansing.

ParticipantI's do wish you a most wonderful time during your holidays, dear David.
May you find this time relaxing and enjoyable.
Be give no thought to any work, merely to your wife and yourself (in that exacting order) and be well.
May good Fortune be upon you.

ParticipantThanks, Neon. It is still appreciated regardless. lol And yeah, I know the adverse affects well, during that time there was no period at all for many months.
You are welcome, dear Jeanne.
Though, in regards to this and other coming issues, you may wish to partake in a Liver Detox because of your past Chemotherapy and your currently problems with your Cycle.
Chemotherapy damages the liver in some small degrees and thus you cannot break down or generator hormones.
This not only interrupts your Cycle but can also hamper your progress in your workouts and muscle gains.I's can tell that you have slight problems with your liver because of the condition of your skin in your photographs and I's do also hazard a guess that your skin is prone to pimples, acne and the form?
If so, then you may wish to look into having a Liver Detox.
This can simply be done by diet or herbal treatment (though the diet is cheaper than the treatment).
There are many good publications on this matter but I's would recommend the book simply called The Liver Clensing Diet (author unrecalled at this point).Best of luck to you, dear friend.
Peace

ParticipantAs for not receiving email sent by the PM server, there is no misconfiguration of the server. I receive dozens of status emails from the server every week, letting me know when I have a PM or (most frequently) when there's a bounce from a bad email address. You may have your settings configured so you do not receive mail when you receive a PM.
No. My's settings are configured for notification.
Nothing has changed there. Which is most odd.
I's have also been receiving doubt notifications of PMs as well -a doppleganger to one first received- but I's think this is merely a random fault and no real issue.Peace

ParticipantDon't worry Pimp it's a compliment, I wouldn't have anything ill to say about you.
I's know, dear Collector. I's was merely being a facetious tease.
Congratulations on your impending marriage, I hope to be on the road to marriage myself one of these days.
Thank you and good luck in your search.

ParticipantAgain: most excellent, dear Rick.
You are possibly one of the best morphers within the Cyber Space Realms because of the gentleness and sublty with which you work.
I's am also glad to see the soft touches on her forearms.
Kudos unto you.

Beyond that, you can only hope that another here knows of it's location.

ParticipantThough I will say although Pimp is male he's got a vast amount of knowledge in this area so he'd come in handy for more advice too even though you're female.
I's do not whether to complemented or not, dear Collector.
Though, to answer Jeanne's question:
Irregular periods can unfortunately be quite the norm for women starting weight training.
This can be because of hormonal shifts, changes in diet or other matters.
But I's do advise you to see your gynecologist for further advice and to ensure that it is not another matter.
Especially where your former chemotherapy is concerned. Because that too, as you would most certainly know, also has an adverse effect on your cycle. But these are merely the words of a male where a fellow female's would be wiser.
Peace
