    Yes. Unfortunately our dear Craig/Coyote hast been too long absent from us and it would appear that he will never be of The Returning.

    I's do not believe we are yet to have a topic suitible to have a poll over as yet.

    And I's am glad to read that we finally have a new anti-harassment system installed.
    It shall make matters a lot easier to manage.

    You would think they would realise that if they supported each other that their sport would probably go farther.

    Yes, but the fault is that the bodybuilders are competing against the fitness/physique models for sponsorship and endorsement deals, as well as many other factors that do not usually allow them to reconcil.
    Sponsorship is the reason that a few years ago you had so many women who would do very unhealthy regimes in order to compete as both figure/fitness and bodybuilders in different seasons of the same year.
    Then the Sponsors cracked down on such practices -mainly because they favoured the more marketable form of the fitness models over the unique physiques of the bodybuilders.
    Sadly, in this most faulted Modern Age, everything must be reduced to a transaction and account.
    But such is existence.

    This never made sense to me.  If you use enough weight so that the last rep of the set is near impossible for you to do, then how can you do the same ammount of reps with even more weight?

    I's know not the scientific logic behind this but the reasoning goes: increasing the weight means the more resistance put on the muscle. The more resistence equals the more muscle fibers torn and the more that rebuild, thus increasing the muscle mass.
    Plus the challange to push one's self further.
    And you must always remember to rest and stretch between sets, to decrease the chance of serious injury and increase post workout recovery time.
    But that is what I's merely gleamed from my's experience, whilst others may have different views and experiences on this matter.
    If so, I's would be intersted to read them.

    I's do admire the fashion on which you have captured ever ridge and rise of the muscle of your subject. Especially on her quadraceps and triceps.

    Also does any one know where I can get a picture of three bodybuilders side by side (two black and one white) and at a good size as i won't to try to do all three of the girls next?

    I's will look through my's collection for you, dear Andrew, and see if I's have anything that resembles what you do seek.

    True this is probably a reason why when u start looking around @ workout programs that they all very.  Some of the differences may be subtle, but I guess people are adapting for what works for them.  I know the basics are work hard and eat right, but then there are so many other variables, then protein shakes and supliments.  It can get crazy.  What works for some people may not work for you.  Thanks for the input and tell your friends to keep fighting the good fight.

    The problem most people face is that they merely do generic forms or exercise or standard programs and these often work against their body types. So, in the end, they make no gains, feel disheartened and end up quiting their regime, not giving any thought to changing programs or seeking a taylored form.

    The same goes for fad exercises and diets -such as Taebo and Atkins.
    People flock to them because they are popular without realising that such things may not be right for them or their bodies (especially Atkins) and they can end up ruining their physical health in the end.

    And it does get crazy with suppliments and the like.
    The last time I's attended a proper gym, all I's could hear in conversation was what suppliments and protein powders people were consuming. It was almost as if it were a form of sick compotition between them all.
    Most disheartened.
    Especially when I's was asked what I's did use and replied: 'Nothing' and that I's prefered to use natural means (such as diet) to gain my's protein and health.
    One asked: "Well, how to you expect to get big?", to which I's replied: "Who said that I's want to be big?" before walking away from the conversation.

    But back to the topic.
    Another issue for women gaining mass through natural means is how much mass to gain and what form to take.
    More emphesis for natural female compedators to become fitness or physique models and, thus, much less builkier and away from the temptations of chemical enhancements. This can put a lady at odds with what she wants -for if she wants massive muscle mass but is only shown how to train for a lean look, it can be most disheartening to them.
    This a problrm within societ and most especially the sport.
    You should hear how fintness/physique women speak of their bodybuilding counterparts and how degrading and vile their words can be. Especially in the view as to which form is considered 'sexier'.
    Most shameful.
