ParticipantShe does have a fairly impressive physique, dear Alexander, but I's am more intriqued by her face.
'Tis very Elvan in appearance and possess a most pixie-esque mischief in counterance. Most appealing indeed.
Thank you for your post, dear Alexander, and for all your effort in bringing such ladies to our unworthy attentions.

ParticipantTo gain strength from weight lifting, you merely increase the repetitions (starting with 10 for a set and then moving to 12 and increasing in such a fashion) but have the weights at a constant level (ie: 20 kilo grams).
To gain muscle, do the same ammount of repetitions but increase the weights (from 20 to 25 kilos) after each set (remembering to rest and stretch). Those are the techiques which The Pimp hast always used and they have worked thus far.
If the words are confusing, dear Jeanne, then please say so and it shall be remedied.

Participantyes, we want keywords!! 😆
Simply type in 'bodybuilder(ing)', 'fitness', 'muscle(s)', 'posing', 'training' and/or 'biceps' with the words 'female', 'woman/women', 'girl' or 'lady' to find more and proper videos.
Best of luck in your search.

ParticipantA most amusing jape, dear James.
It was interesting and convincing until I's did read the Pinyin (the phenetic translation of Chinese words) and remember my's time working in Hong Kong and knowing there are no studios or the like which such names -then your pun was seen.
'Tis a pity that such a deal did not eventuate but, knowing Hong Kong Studios as I's do, suhc a thing is never to happen unless you have a high ranked star willing to front the project or you have massive investment capital all ready gathered before you propose the project. And even then you will only get minimal aid in its creation.
Oh, well.
There may still be hope.

ParticipantKaze: there is no rule or issue with or against posting in sich a manner. So, by all means continue if it is easier for ya'll.
So, to answer some of your points.
You would do your cardio sesson both as part of your regimen and in lieu of it.
Make it a full day of training within the gym -using there machines and the like- and on your off days, partake in jogging, swimming or any other low-impact activity in a natural setting.
Nature is the best catalyst and inspiartion for any exercise. When you get such pains when you stretch your back, it may actually be a pinched nerve or the like from constant sitting or the similair. Best to consult your doctor about this, in case there is actually a physical problem involved.
To compensate for such an issue, 'tis best not to stretch by rather strengthen that area by doing an exercise in which you grasp onto a secure over head object (such as a bar), lift yourself off the ground and hold yourself in the air, raising up your knees. Do this for 20 to 30 seconds at a time and it will greatly help strengthen the lower back area. That is all I's can offer for now, dear Kaze. If you need further advice, please do not hesitate in asking any of us here.
Best of luck to you and to all your plans.
Peace

ParticipantFor a anyone to gain much mass and definition without chemical aid, it becomes a matter of genetics, diet and training. With genetics playing the greatest factor.
Ms. DeJager has incredible genetics as well as a strong baseline (having grown up in the physical enviroment of a farm). Other women are not so fortunate but they more than make up for it in terms of dedication (as in the case of Ms. Fuller and Mrs. Zaremba).
I's have two close female friends -Tanya Zeekman & Caroline Pucklin- whom are both amateur bodybuilders.
Tanya is blesses with good genetics and a strong metabolism but she lacks dedication and thus has an enternal 'Off-season' physique whilst Caroline has poor genetics and a exceptionally fast metabolic rate but excellent will -thus making her lean but very much ripped. In the vein of late 1980's bodybuilders. Both maintain similair diets and workout rageims but 'tis Tanya with the blessed blood, so she can gain more mass and keep it longer than Caroline does.Muscle can be easy to gain, mass is the difficult part.
It's the Hand Fate dealt us which decides what we can achieve through our own means.Peace

ParticipantI'd rather watch both the face and body of the original fbb, thanks.
But I'll agree the technique is interesting.
In this example, I's would rather watch the technique than the physique. Though I's am interested in whom the model for the shoot was.
Doth anyone know? And I's did visit the site the piece was from (http://www.superbuff.com) and it was a touch disappointing though interesting in a way.
Youtube.com is also most interesting for finding videos -especial of female bodybuilders. A good collection there, if you know the keywords to discover them.
May post some soon.

ParticipantYpu seem to know what you want and what it takes to achieve it, as well as great knowledge of the externals and internals of things.
The only recommendations that The Pimp would make is to keep your diet in check,
Regular meals with less carbohydrates and good balance of protein and vegatables (more vegatables and fruit though).
Be constant in your workouts. Work for the same ammount of times over the same period of days, making sure you take some days to rest (a four day workout routine is best to begin, with one day of light cardio and yoga form excercises and the 2 days of rest).
Start on a minimum of weights and reps and then build up over a course of time. Best to shed the fat and gain cardio strength before attempting anything heavy.
Workout to your body shape and type. If you are disposed to gaining muscle, then work heavy. If your body is naturally lean, then learn to sculpt and strengthen it.
Never be afraid to ask advice from professionals and fellow gym patrons.
And most importantly: do not expect too much too soon. Be happy with any gains you make and enjoy what you do.To answer some of your questions:
2: listen to your body and do not fight the stiffness. Yield to it and work around the pain. If you push a muscle too far past its limits, it will cost you much in the long run. Take the time to relax and tend to the stiff/sore areas with massage and pressure therapy.
4. You cannot force flexiblity. Just let it come. Yoga exercises are the best in terms of delevloping flexiblity. Merely trying to grab at your toes will do nothing.
When you stretch, go as far as you can and hold (never bounce) for twenty seconds. Do this thrice and then try to stretch further than previous. Do this before, between and after all exercises. That is all the advice that The Pimp can utter at this time, dear Kaze. Best of luck with all your endeavours and may fortune shine upon you.
Peace
