ParticipantYou are most welcome, dear Child (sorry but I's shall not call your Nerco. There is only one Nerco in this most blackened Heart and he is long since past).
Yes. A lack of funds can be most inconveint when attempting to train.
When I's was attempting to become a bodybuilder, oh-so many long years former, it seemed as though all I's did was work so I's could train more and I's trained more to justify how much I's did train. Though it was also a case of replacing one addiction with another -so the cycle so vicious was very much well known. And you are most wise in beginning with building your strength before your begin to sculpt your flesh.
As a famale, for the best gain you must use the best weight and that requires much strength before hand. 'Tis the notion of 'Reverse Stepping' as my's Sifu used to say. You start by training in the hardest physical forms so all else shall seem easy after.
Once you know how to gain the best form of strength for yourself with the best form of weights and exercise, than it is easier to step back and achieve greatly in the field of bodybuilding. Because all your ground work hast already been done. And it is actually best to weight a day between sets at this early stage to allow your body to recover form its tendernesses. 'Tis the best time to perform Yoga or Taijiquan (Tai Ch'i) style exercises to help with core body strength and to retain your flexablity.
I's should end here, for you probably tire of my's lectures.
Again, dear Child, all the be in your endeavours.Peace

ParticipantI's have always liked and respected Michiko-san.
She is a most dedicated lady and very down to Earth in her attitudes and outlook. She is also a most pleasant friend to have.
I's first meet her many, many years ago when she was working in Hong Kong as an actress and than later when she had made the transition to work over in America.
'Twas most amusing when last we meet because it was in a Los Angeles street and we both spoke a strange form of Cantonise -for I's still retained the habit and, in my's ignorance, had forgotten she could actually speak English.
Though 'tis a shame that Geocities doth refuse access once again.
It matters not in the long run.
Thanking you for the post, dear Elee.
Peace

ParticipantAs was said by dear Hatour: 'tis best to seek the profession advice or a Personal Trainer (especially one whom can dedicate their time to you when you need), a doctor and a dietition.
You need to increase the ammount of times in which you eat to help regulate your metatoblism.
Missing meals is a cardinal sin.
You need to eat four or five small meals a day and eat the right foods.
No junk, instant or takeaway food.
With your work and stress: best to find meals that are easily prepared but still health. Or meals you can make before going to work that can be eaten throughout the day.You may also wish to change your thrice weekly coffee for Tea. Chai or Green for prefernce.
Caffine and training to not mix because of the energy spikes and the lethergy with does follow. That being said: The Pimp doth wish you all the best in your endeavours and if you need help or have questions foor any whom do dwell here, do but ask and it shall be answered.
May Good Fortune shine upon you.
Peace

ParticipantThere are many things you can do, dear Child, though what exact it is which you seek is unseen by this eye.
Firstly: find yourself a trusted and dedicated personal trainer. One with few clients is best, because they can spend more time with you. Also best to have a doctor or another trainer/specialist you can speak with outside of the gym you can go to when you are in need of advice, help and support.
Secondly: you need to consult someone on your diet and your training diet.
That is one of the most neglect aspects of training.
'Tis recommend that you increase the ammount of time in which you eat (from 3 to about 5) but decrease the actually ammounts which you eat -focusing on more protein based foods (legums and nuts), as well as vegtables for vitemins and phosphates balanced with good portions of white meat (chicken and fish) and red meat (mainly beef).
Ween yourself off snacks and treats. That is always the hardest part of dieting and training.Third: remove all chemical dependence.
Smoking, drinking, drugs. Any such.
They rob you of any gain you make.
As a former addict and bodybuilder, this is none all too well.Forth: dedicate yourself to your sets.
Plan your workout routine so you know what is to come and what to prepare yourself for.Fifth: Know your work out, exercises and machines.
Spend time warming up with some light stretches of the parts of the body your are training that day and stretch between sets.
Learn every method and technique that you can and discover which is best for you and your body mechanics.
Know what machines are best for what exercise and stick to using that machine for that exercise.
Always warm down and stretch afterwards.Sixth: this is the most important.
Enjoy yourself and relax.
If you do not feel you are making any gains, do not fret and fuss. Step away and speak to someone about it. Seek wisdom in the council of others and make friends with the regulars who train around you -for they are invaluable to your cause.Apologise if this seems arrogent and condesending, for it is not known your level of understanding and training.
If you seek further advice from any here, please do not hesitate to but ask.
Best of Fortune in all your endeavours.
Peace

ParticipantAs hast been said by all before, dear David, you have delievered a most wonderful illustration to us once again.
Kudos for such a feat. This is indeed a most beautiful and interesting drawing, dear David. For you have managed to capture the very essence of proud maternity within your paints and inks.
The Pimp hast always admired and respected women for being granted that one power that men truly hast not and can never obtain: the Power of Pure Creation.
There is little point seen in fetishes such a stage of existence, though it should be admired accordingly.
No matter the women, there always seems to be radience about her when she is with child. The greatest regret in life The Pimp hast now is that he missed that stage (and almost all others) of his daughter's existence.
Tetsuko's expression is also amazing.
It seems to be a mixture of pride and weary relief. As though she knows instinctively that this stage is over and she is imaginig all that is to come with a blending of joy, anticipation and fear.
Though that is merely what The Pimp reads into it.And, if you wish, you can blend such a work into a side story for Tetsuko.
One in which she and Sonya dream about their wishes and what the future may bring.
For Tetsuko it seems that she just craves a normal life and someone to love her for the beautiful soul that she is. it is imagined that her 'ideal man' isn't so much strong in body bas he is in Heart & Soul, is devoted and gives all of himself to those he cares so much for. She seems as though she is a creature whom simply wants to be loved. That is what hast been read into her character since her creation was first view. So, again, dear David, thank you for this most wonderful and thoughtful work.
May your Muse always shine bright.Peace
