ParticipantI don't have a 360 yet…probably won't be able to for a while yet. 🙁 I've watched a clip or two showing how muscled/strong they are, but the size isn't that big (usually really lean muscle type)… can anyone get a pic (or a dozen) showing a larger size to it? Or am I getting the wrong idea from the videos?

ParticipantI havn't seen "Lost", but I liked her performance in Resident Evil…. true, not stupendous acting, but I've seen MUCH worse.

ParticipantI'll take sexy, muscular latexed masked heroine over most of the garbage on TV today. 😉

ParticipantI used to trace for a long time…then I eventually got off the tracing paper and tried to copy by eye. My best stuff is always from a produced sketch…not that I draw enough to really progress, but I used to draw all the time.
I must add that I'm not trying to defend him either… just saying what I used to do way back when.

ParticipantWell, the method that I've used and makes sense to me is that if you have a set that's 7-9reps, at most, you're not supposed to be able to perform the last rep by yourself (if you can, you need to increase the weight). I agree on the rest and stretches. The muscle needs SOME time to recoup after each set.
I didn't get much mass, and I blame it on two factors: infrequent workouts and improper diet. I plan on fixing those fairly soon. But, as you said, it differs from person to person.

ParticipantYOU CANNOT DEVELOP YOUR OWN STYLE BY COPYING OTHER PEOPLE'S.
I'm sorry that you got upset about this (that isn't me, btw ^^) but my style (what little I have) first started as tracing, then I started to immitate the style of my favorites….which eventually melded to something I'm fine with.
besides, I thought immitation was the best form of flattery…. if those pictures were photocopy quality, I'd agree to get mad, but they are quite poorly done.

ParticipantTo gain muscle, do the same ammount of repetitions but increase the weights (from 20 to 25 kilos) after each set (remembering to rest and stretch).
This never made sense to me. If you use enough weight so that the last rep of the set is near impossible for you to do, then how can you do the same ammount of reps with even more weight?

ParticipantDoes anyone know the actual names of the commercials given?

ParticipantWell…I don't think that was called for…. if you think we're all against you, why not just stop posting? I'm not saying to go away, but it seems like it'd be a hastle for someone that doesn't like it here anymore. 😐

ParticipantThere was growth shot of a woman's foot in Attack of the 50 foot Woman. I think it was a remake…don't think a black and white version would show that….I could be wrong tho. It was a very brief shot…one or two seconds, max.
