I looked up Metal Max and it was made by Data East which went defunct sometimes back (they made some nice games too).
Good news:  There is a new Metal Max coming out soon on Steam and Switch.  Metal Max Xeno Reborn and it looks good.
Bad news:  None of the characters are muscular women.  It’s made by another Company called Cattle Call.  Maybe they don’t like muscular women.
