ParticipantThe nice thing about her is that she started out as a little waif, but got bigger and stronger as time went by. No FMG process was shown, though.
Outside of her busting out of her tracker armored costume, that is. 😉

Participantthat's Plasma (I think) she appeared in 1989 in the marvel comics presents book, she had 4 appearances Marvel Comics Presents Vol 1 #25 #27 #30 and #31.
It was an 8-page storyline in Marvel Comics Presents #24-31 involving Wolverine and Havok. She was drawn very muscular as she absorbed cosmic radiation from Havok. She next appeared in Moon Knight #25 and was drawn like a model (de-muscled) with a completely different costume. She was apparently killed by a subway at that end of that double-sized issue.

The issue in question was anti-climatic, as was expected. The villainess was with a couple of guys and were promptly thrashed by Mon-el in just one page of the comic. 🙁

Oh yeah, I love that strip. That particular storyline was hilarious as Jenn Erica finds out how the superhero world really works in that strip!
Fortunately, Ink Pen is far more funny than Bloom County could ever hope to be. 😛
