ParticipantHello everybody, first time poster.
I was wondering if any one of you have saved the stories mentioned above, “Ascension: Do you want me now?” and “The Star Stones”. I hear they’re really good, but I cannot find them at brawna.org anymore.
We’ve been discussing them at the process-production.com forum, but none of us have been able to find the stories again. I would really love to get my hands on them.
The author took them off of the Brawna.org site. I’ve tried to locate it in the cached archives to no avail. The first portion of the story is here in the forum but the majority of it was never posted here.
Anyone else have any ideas?

ParticipantThis actually raises another question as to some of our other once-regulars who’ve seemingly dropped off.
I can think of a few right off hand: Zespara, Number6, Hunter S Creek, The_Pimp_In_Neon_Black & Prophet Tenebrae.
Well, I’m still around. I don’t post anywhere near as much as I used to. But I have posted a few times in the last couple of months. I frequent the dA site writing stories for the Angel Falls group. Just a superhero community of writers with their own characters. It’s not Shakespeare but there are some very good stories there.
Hunter has a dA account but posts very rarely of late. Eegore has stuff there and Tenebrae pops his head in there quite a bit.

ParticipantOh yeah, I remember that issue. I believe that I posted that in the forum a couple of years ago plus I had it on my dA website before they took it down. :/
Too bad that they never followed up on that “Heart of the Spider”.

ParticipantNice little ditty you wrote there, Steve. I really enjoyed it as per usual. 🙂

Participantreally? there’s another episode
Yep. Just watched it last week. So, there are two episodes with her flexing and bulking up for a tiny segment. Maybe they’ll be more in the future.

ParticipantI seen the new show on Cartoon Network called “Sidekick” premires last month on June 13th, I think this show is funny and I like it. In the episode, “Like Supervillain, Like Son” the second half of a episode, I look at Kitty Ko (who’s has love or crush on Eric Needles) she and Vana tell Eric included the old lady, Kitty turns to buff . I was shocked and amazed that she got some…..you know what.
Kitty Ko also does a muscular biceps flex with the rest of her upper body in the episode “Shopping Spree” at about the 3 minute mark. She is drawn far better than the other episode, more defined. She also does a most muscular flex right after the biceps flex.

Thanks. Honestly, I’m still writing them as time allows but I probably won’t be posting them anytime soon per my reservations present in the thread. If I do decide to post them somewhere else (after much writing of course), I’ll let you all know.
I just thought I’d throw my two cents in. 😉
I think that your writing skills show in your stories which are very well done. My favorite had to be your Ascension story which you pulled. That story had that “it” factor in that it provided a unique twist and excitement which is rare in the FMG genre.
I hope to eventually see more of your works and never give up on your writings. For every person who offers encouragement, there are many more who don’t but love the work nevertheless. 🙂

Huzzah! Nice story Steve the Z!
Ah, thanks for the info Zespara. Glad to know that Ed has done some writing, and also another reason why I probably enjoyed the writing.com series. Hmm… if he has emailed you those stories, wouldn’t they possibly still be in the inbox of your email address?
And I find the Soviet Superwoman to be an interesting storyline. Still amuses me (in regards to superman) that Stalin’s name essentially meant steel.
Yeah, SSW has some great stories that really peak the interests of those who like alternate storylines from WWII. A very talented writer indeed.
As far as Ed’s stories being on my computer, I do have the HD of my past few computers. Unfortunately a couple of them were in the process of melting down so I’m not sure if I can recover anything. I will be attempting to do so in the next couple of weeks so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. 😉
