Her nickname around the gym was “Abby” This according to an interview on ESPN’s American Muscle Magazine that she gave back in the day. I also seem to recall that she credited (then hubby) Chris Aceto for getting her to bring her upper body into symmetrical balance with her lower.

[Folks, its hard to believe now, but FBBrs were once so popular in pop culture that ESPN had not one, but two programs that featured them as spotlighted guests – the other being FLEX Magazine Workout.]

Looking at the Blue suit pix – sure looks like it was cold where she was – or she was just happy to be doing this

The last 2 pix in that red almost-non-existent suit are the sexiest 2 pix. Love her almost naked back and what a backside. But I love the front view of showing off almost all of her great abs and everything else. I know most guys (not the ones here – but most not here) would be replused by this look but I think it is damn sexy

KUDOS to Valerie for one big thing – or small thing: Staying NATURAL! Breasts are fatty tissue and since she has very little fact she has very little breasts. But on her they look spectacular. They look so soft and cuppable. Kudos to her for stay REAL – wish more did it – like my namesake!
