Thanks for bringing up Brenda. If you are a fan of hers, you may want to look into Ray Martin video 218. It shows her posing some absolutely insane lat spreads. Also dumbell curls, she has nice biceps and triceps, and quite vascular.

At a guess, they have Musclemag style captions.

Also Women’s Physique World magazine had that style of captions as well
it was the 90s,man
everybody was using that font&colors
