I should add its a good book to have (if you can find it, usually on eBay) as a source for FBBing circa 1977-88 and the history of physique women back to the late 19th century.

I should add its a good book to have (if you can find it, sometimes on eBay or as listed @ amazon.com) as a source for FBBing circa 1977-83 and the history of physique / strong women back to the late 19th century.
