Quality is usually important, also getting the attention of the reader (and keeping it, too!) from the moment of the initial presentation of the character(s) to the climax on the final page. Some want a story that is actual fiction or full blown world building. Others just want a quickie short-short. Then there are those that fall in-between these two extremes.

Also, I’ve not placed a time limit on the poll, so it should keep running indefinitely.

Note for clarity, the number of pages / words for each is just a rough estimate
    – some might consider them to be more, others less.

“I like a good story well told. That is the reason I am sometimes forced to tell them myself.”
    ~ Mark Twain / Samuel Clemens (1907)
