I’ve long thought about a story about a woman who’s convinced by her Star Trek fan/sci-fi fan boyfriend to go to a Halloween party as a Green Orion Slave Girl, and, on the way to the party, they comes across a car accident scene; she then happens to be one of those rare people whose adrenaline rush enables her to perform an incredible act of strength, rescueing the accident victims–and as she does this, her rescue captured on film by both the media and bystanders (camphones and all that).

What would be the effect of the "15 minutes" of fame on both her and her boyfriend?

Imagine the pics of such an incident being posted online…

Any suggestions on how such a story might be developed?
