Any fictional female character past or present (stories, comics, vid-games, movies, tv-series etc) can be nominated
but with the corollary that unlike She-Hulk or Powergirl, try to stick to ones that typically have never been (or very rarely at all) portrayed with any degree of femuscular development.

About time the (mostly) over-looked ones had a chance at an empowered rendering . . . B)

Most of time, She-Hulk and Power girl are not portrayed as muscular.
Maybe there is psychology involved, when I think about this I kept thinking about characters I have crush on from my childhood.
Wonder woman, Batgirl, Teela from He-man, Diana the acrobat from D&D (her skimpy outfit was a big turn on when I was a kid), and Cheetara. Cheetara usually portrayed as very fit and sometimes semi musuclar.

    Alice in Wonderland
    Buffy the vampire slayer
    Sabrina the teenage witch
    Mikes mom in Stranger Things

    So many but there’s a few 🙂

Julia from the new Pinky and the Brain series. I’m surprised that no one has done fanart of her yet.

would sound strange but maybe rachel from friends would look great in a fan art

Comedic, but done w/ a degree of respect – a rarity in lamestream media.

    I’m impressed. (No pun) B)
