I have not posted anything since my vacation, I have been out of it for a while.
Would like to post a pic that I scanned quite a while ago.

I would like to share one of my favorite pics.

This bodybuilder's name is Frederique Auchart…

I tried looking for more great pics of her but could not find.

Yes, indeed (especially as portrayed in that picture) she was quite the cutey.  There were more of her floating around years back in the magazines, a few that were B&W shots of her with a cut-looking, but still an attractive physique.  If I'm not mistaken, she later dropped out of competitive BBing in favor of doing porn flicks at about around the same time as Denise Masino was just starting up her own soft-core magazine.   😎

I'm not sure there are "more" muscular women nowadays, but I do agree that the Internet and pay sites are keeping interest up in muscle-women (now that the "mainstream" muscle-mags are ignoring them); if not for pay sites and such I think we'd definitely see a sharp decline in the numbers of FBBs as they become discouraged at the lack of opportunities to benefit from the hard work they do (pro contests, modeling/endorsement work, etc.), and the social ostracization they face from the general public.

Not entirely certain that I agree, I think there are far many more muscular women non-competitively speaking today – you just don't notice them since they have a tendicy to cover up this fact in their choices in clothing – socially in public or even the work place.

Competitively, however, I think there's been a sharp drop off in the numbers of "elite" level physiques – and what we're seeing now is only the natural consequence of several socio-economic factors that have been coming along for several years now.  From the non-acceptance by the general public for such hyper-built female physiques to the lack of financial payback for putting one's self though tortuous hell in order to achieve an appearance that is ephemeral at best.

Lastly, this came up a number of years back, but I can still recall someone (I think he was closely tied into the Jan Tana contests) in AAWA stating, words to the effect, that if the fitness women got only slightly larger (at the time they were approaching the level of FBBrs of the mid 80's) that FBBing as we knew it was over – mainly due to a combination of femuscular attractiveness and the acceptability by the public even as FBBing was inversely going in the other direction.  Something that the average-athletically inclined woman would be drawn to as a form of lifestyle development or taking it further, as a competitor.

In otherwords a level of muscularity that has a personal comfort zone.

I loved going to ZZZ's website, the only thing was I only discovered it a while after it had stopped being updated. It's a real shame it hasn't been updated for such a long time, but it hasn't been taken down yet, so perhaps there is still hope.

Well, he's not updated it in, what – five years + now?  Don't think he's going to be doing it any time soon, if ever.  I might add, since he got married, announced that fact over on giantess.com, he's pretty much cut himself off from the gts community.  Once in a very blue moon you might catch him popping on line over there (have to admit, his avatar was 110% him w/ a gif clip of a gal with bouncing boobs).  As for his GTS Grows forum its down the tubes (it was hacked) – he doesn't even moderate Everything Grows for spam and/or flames.

Excellent pic as usual, Alex! I love the shadows you are able to create…really makes the collages seem real  😀

One of my personal favorates in that regard was the one I did w/ Amber Deluca portrayed as the 150-Amazon movie poster that I posted here a long time back, I think when it was still She-Grew.

Many moons ago, on the alt.amazon newsgroup, I too ran into the handful of her pics out there and used the same photo you did to make a She-Hulk manip of Ms. Souza. I think it first appeared up at Unzipped's old "Homage" site.
You can see I made her suit a darker yellow (can't remember why) as well as airbrushing out her jewelry (which I do with all my She-Hulk manips).

Darkening the suit color?  Probably because it helped to better contrast it against her body.  I've done something similar with one using Tazzie Colomb, but the reason for changing the color of her posing suit had to do with the context in which I was placing her as a member of the Fantastic Four, complete with the white Number 4 emblem on her chest.
