Not to rain on your parade, and I rarely offer advice in the story arena, but since I’ve used similar related TF vectors in the past . . . 8)

The characters would be vehicles for you to explore the ramifications of this HYPER-HIV.

This is a pretty sensitive topic to be playing with, especially given the nature of what AIDS does to people in the real world. Instead, I’d suggest using another virus – if you got any real imagination it’s not difficult for someone to make up their own.

The new virus infects both males and females, but has absolutely no effect (good or bad) on males. Males are simply carriers.

Problem with this is that in reality viruses don’t distingish between the male and female sexes in infecting and affecting them any more then trying to engineer one to be used as a bio-bomb to exclusivly elimate specific ethnic groups. (Like chemical agents, they’re just too unpredictable – a danger to user as much as the target.) Trying to artificially limit it to females only would be too much of a plausibility stretch, especially if it’s airborne like pneumonic plague or the flu. You’ll have less of a problem if it’s transmitted by bodily fluids, but again, they don’t distinguish between the two sexes since manipulation of the DNA in the cells in order to produce more of themselves is the only goal of a virus.

Rather, what you’re thinking of would be more akin to Gene Therapy to produce a desired result by correcting an inherent problem in a given indevidual or Nanotechnology where tiny machines manipulate the cellular DNA to change the structure of the body.

    Just a suggestion, but . . . 8)

Although he normally focused upon GTS type growth stories, you might want to try out the stories by Hi-Standard, who also had an interest in FMG as a part of the transformation process, especially "Boomfood" and "The Inheritors" (these two are also concidered Gigantic Couples stories). Several of his works are preserved over on http://www.giantess.com in the story archive section.

Another (and seeming forgotten with the passage of time) classic of FMG of Amazonian proportions would have been the story (in truth, it’s novella/novel length) "The Necklace" by Silent One who was a long time contributor / poster of materials on ZZZ’s two forums.

And of course there are the Gentle GTS works by Kate (aka GTSKate of She-Grew) who I’ve previous mentioned in other threads pertaining to women writers of the transformation genre.

Indeed if it is the one I’ve read than it is more truthful to label it as shem [shemale] or DG [dickgirl]. Though it is transgender in the sense that she turns into a herm. Slighty misleading label since most TG refers to M->F or F->M.

Although its not as commonly used, but it can also mean Transgene / Transgenetic for anthropomorphic transformations – Tigra of the MU* being a notable example.

    Woah, TG, GTS, DG, FMG!

Anyone have the link to the genre glossary? 😉

And don’t forget GGTS for Gentle Giantess!

Though I know you’re being retorical, 8) I believe there is a genre glossary of sorts over at http://www.giantess.com

Perhaps someone(s) should start an all in inclusive one under an appropreate heading at – http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page

Had my bagged copy awaiting me piled with the rest of my other comic requests 8)

First thing I was struck by was again how Marvel seems to be using real world individuals as models (facial-wise – i.e. Jennifer Connelly or in the case of one issue, the face and uber-buffed-up body of Collette Nelson) for the current crop of She-Hulk covers art. Looks like Greg Horn is used Jennifer Love Hewitt as inspiration for this presentation – wondered if anyone else might have noticed this about the portrayal.

Personally, I’m not all that much impressed (thus far) with the suggestions that I’ve seen for a live action movie format, either the muscle gals (i.e. FBBrs / Fitness) have the buffed size, but not the height much less the acting qualities to present a plausible characterization. Conversly, the actresses of actual acting talent that have been proposed simply, IMHO, lack the plausiblity of an awesome femuscular presence to pull it off. 8)

The only one that could have been of a happy median for playing a She-Hulk movie, but I serious doubt she could do it today since she has long sheded her femuscular physique, would have been Cory Everson. Facial beauty, marketable buffness to the average non-muscle interested male and/or female viewer, and had a degree of acting talent that could have carried the part. Only thing lacking would be the height-factor, but it would be far easer to "fake" that part then going with a full blown CGI as they failed miseribly with in the Hulk movie.

If I had to make a choice, I’d prefer to go with high quality animation format if its going to involve the She-Hulk, or even Wonder Woman for that matter.

I’m goin’ to pick it up tomorrow.

So far, I’ve only missed a single issue – number one!

Anyone willing to help a fellow FMG fan out, and mail me a copy? 😀 Pleeze?

Two suggestions, one – you might want to pick up the trade-paperback / graphic novel of the first six (or is seven?) of the She-Hulk series, if its not available at your local comic store, they probably could order it for you. Second – try http://www.ebay.com – search for "She-Hulk", "comics", I think if you’re patient an Issue #01 auction or direct By It Now sale will turn up, seems like about every other couple of weeks I see it listed, either single or bound up with a set of comics.

Very creative and different – a job well done! 8)

I also saw that picture of her over on AMG-Lite, the pose reminded me of the ones WPW have of Shannon Hartnett.

Thank you also for sharing your stumbled upon discovery.

Speaking of which, I stumbled across this one over on The Process forum

    http://mysticcrunk.org/forum/files/alice_in_wonderland.jpg

The poster was looking for the origin of the comic book it was scanned from – but appearently he’s had no reply to the inquiry.
