    I agree, Vic.

There is a vegetarian bodybuilder in my gym. She highly endorses the pasta.

    She's got plenty of muscle!

I used to wonder about wrist strength, but I think it comes along with training over time. I do lots of forearm work (hammer curls, wrist curls). In fact, I used to complain about my wimpy wrists, but I don't anymore because they have caught up. Give it time…I've personally seen a dramatic increase over the course of 2 years.

I think Muscle Milk is a big rip-off personally. It's expensive and you don't get much in the container. 30 servings, I believe? Not sure, so I apologize if I'm wrong, but I didn't see a very big container of the stuff for the price.

You need more protein, better off getting a 5 pound jug of it. LabradaV60, Optimum Nutrition…all have this for under 30.00 via saveonsupplements. There is a new brand I want to try and I forget what it is at the moment (sorry, kids at home make my brain shut down). But, it is fruit flavored and mixes with water. Synex? I can't remember. The taste and texture of milky crap is getting to me. I would rather chug down sometime closer to juice. My dream would be bottled water with protein in it with no flavor whatsoever that still has the texture of water. What a dream…..oh well.

Optimum Nutrition protein, 23 g of protein, and yummy (and inexpensive). I buy it from saveonsupplements.com. Those guys are great! Take this first thing in morning, after workout with some fruit, and before bed. If you wake up during the night, take another then. I do. I get the rest via food. Speaking of which, I need to go rescue my chicken breast off the grill.
