ParticipantCause if I wore a shirt like that somewere… o_O; dude I'd well get skit for that!
She's right… several years ago I wore a T-shirt with a muscle-girl design (might have even been one I drew for The Valkyries; I did get a "contributor's copy" of each of the shirts I did) out in public; and once was enough!
It's the main reason I haven't already done a Tetsuko T-shirt through CafePress; I don't think there'd be enough people brave enough to wear them in public. (Though I am thinking about other kinds of merchandise like coffee mugs, wall clocks, posters, etc.)

ParticipantOoh! can't wait to see how it ends.
I was (pleasantly) surprised that Cordelia was the subject of the FMG and not Buffy. I'd always noticed that Charisma Carpenter had sexier (e.g. more muscular) shoulders than Sarah Michele Gellar, and always kinda wished the actresses had reversed roles.
What I like best is that, aside from Cordelia's elation at being huge and muscular, I could imagine the characters actually acting and talking the way they did in this story. (I don't think the "real" Cord would like being that big, it's not "fashionable"; but that's what fan fiction is all about: "what would a character do if he/she was like this instead of like that?")
The only suggestion I'd make is to reconcile the inconsistent tenses at the beginning, wherein some of the story is written in present tense until it settles down into past tense.
But I'm looking forward to the rest.

ParticipantFor me it's music…
I don't get inspiration from music per se, but once I'm in "drawing mode" the right music often helps. (But what the "right music" is can change from situation to situation… anime songs, for example, go down well when I'm drawing Tetsuko.
Other than that, I'm pretty much "all of the above" when it comes to inspiration or motivation: seeing a hot girl and wondering what she'd look like buffed, "muscle girls in the situations that I'd like to see them in…", even, as 10-4 said, "the unhealthy lust for unconditional praise" (although not "too much alcohol in the diet", since I can't drink…)

ParticipantUh oh… having read the original "Monkey's Paw" short story many many many years ago, I can't help but wonder what price the Paw is going to extract for granting these wishes… š®
