Snaggle —
Yosh has kinda disappeared from the scene so I haven't reposted it over at SWM (www.superwomenmania.com) since I took down SGI, but email me (larafan22@yahoo.com) and I can send it over to you. Incidently, about 80% of the old SGI STories are over in the SWM storybank, including a buncha new ones.
Peace
LFthis probably isn't the right forum for for this, but I'm looking for a story that was on the old Supergirls Inc site. It consisted of a girl who, while in a locker room, saw another girl change into a superhero via a potion. She took some of the potion home and becomes a super babe herself. Any help is appreciated.
lfanParticipantStill having probs? I can get to it fine……

lfanParticipantJust in case anyone is interested, I've commissioned original pieces from Justin Long before and his work and professionalism (and turnaround time) is outstanding. I got two commissions for my old site , Supergirls Inc., from him and they are among my favs….
And no, I'm not Justin (or his agent) 😛

lfanParticipantdunno if it would appeal to all as they are light on "muscle" but heavy on strength, but there were a batch of new stories posted over at SWM as part of the recent story contest (topic = a supergirl gets revenge on an Ex)
Check them out in the storybank….includes an entry (a great one) by Marknew who frequents this forum….

Another great work of yours! WTG! Hope you have something planned for the "weapon" contest as well 🙂
I persoanlly liked the 1000 limit, def was a challenge and caused all sorts of editing headaches!Peace
lfanMy latest story is now posted in the Superwomenmania story bank as part of Workshop 2.1.
The topic is "Pissed off Superwoman gets back at her ex"
The special rule for the stories in this Workshop is the story cannot exceed 1,000 words.
You can find mine below or at http://www.superwomenmania.com/storybank/bank/The%20Pick-Up%20by%20Marknew.txt
Please register there and vote for the best story. Polling closes on August 26th.
I will post the story here once the competition ends.

LFanyeah her name is sierra, big i didnt know she she had a sister, tell me more…
lfanParticipantInteresting gene pool to say the least! 😆
LF
Mandi, Adara, Kendall… now Sierra… how many more Steele girls are there? (Not complaining, mind you…)
(And no, none of them are related to Satin…)
lfanParticipantThanks, Zimbra! Tried to keep it a little ‘light’ for the contest…..as for my liking my sense of humor, that makes one of you! 😛
lf
I like your sense of humor… it suits this story very well
lfanParticipantCould be wrong, but maybe Steven Butler was the artist? His stuff was featured on Mike Shoemaker’s Rebelette site (www.rebelette.com). Coloring def looks like John Holmvell (sp?) I colorist Mike uses a lot and top grade!
Not positive, but my best guess

LFCame across this a long time back, was originally part of an Amazon admiration fan-gallery site whose name at the moment elludes me.
lfanParticipantCannot agree more, Lingster! Great thread!!
Now that I’ve read all the posts, I’ll throw in my $.02 as I think I fall into a different camp than most here. While it seems many here love the bulging biceps and/or giantess stuff, my tastes are more driven lookswise to the fitness model / swimsuit model figures — fit and toned — but with superhuman power!
Like Masschine (I think) mentioned, the whole power thing is key — and in my mind THE KEY in my whole fascination. I guess its just an extension of the whole comic book vision of a ‘superheroine’. I just love the conflicting idea of it all though — here is a beautiful, sexy-as-hell girl with the body of a supermodel and, by the way, she can shrug off a nuclear explosion and can juggle a fleet of Escalades without breaking a sweat!
I know I’m not alone in this ‘interest group’ but seems like its majorly in the minority over here at Transvigor/SheGrew (which I love and frequent BTW). I dunno, maybe I’m too mainstream or was subliminally programmed watching WW and the Bionic Woamn growing up…..
