Oh Phenoms, what pograms do you use to morph? Just wondering. Also, do you have any tutorials on morphing? I would like to get better. πŸ˜€

Over the years I have typically stuck to using just one program, tho which program has been dependent on the time period, operating system, and how good a program I could either afford or get access to.

Now I use Photoshop 7. And very rarely I might use Paintshop Pro or The GIMP. Photoshop has good filters and effects, and has top notch Anti-aliasing. Paintshop is good but not as strong at anti-aliasing which can actually be an advantage when you want to be precise down to the very pixel. The GIMP is all around pretty good except for a slightly confusing interface and it has some rather unique filters and is free. Similar filters may be available for photoshop, but not standard, and at a rather high cost.

No tutorials, but if you want to know how I did a particular "Morph", just tell me which and ask what you want to know.

Off hand, some standby stuff… use layers to disect parts you want to work on, lasso and magic wand parts to their own layers, use opacity, blur, smudge, resize and distort, stamp tool, etc. And the best trick I have found for cleaning up areas  that look smeared/too-smooth, is to…

And now a word from our sponsor!

p.s. if i put a pic of my up, will you guys morph it/draw it (i can dream)

    You bet!

I have been pitifully short on time nowadays, but this could be alot of fun! I've never had the opportunity to talk with anyone I have done a photo manipulation/enhancement of. (I offered to do one for Strawberry if she could provide better pics but she just copped a 'tude that her phone couldn't take any better. As I have seen Amanda Dunbar post pictures she took with a phone I know better pics would have been possible if she had truly wanted to take them.)

Most (good) photo manipulations take over 8 hours of actual work. I have spent as long as 24 to 36 hours toiling at some of my more ambitious photo manips. For that investment of time and effort, it has to be fun for me, I need to feel inspired, and I need for the original photo to be good enough to work with.

Pictures that are small, low resolution, poor lighting, bad poses, or of a subject completely absent of even the smallest hint of muscle are just not worth trying to work with.

I far prefer working with the body and muscles of the original subject as opposed to "frankensteining" (replacing body parts of the subject with those from another person).

That said, I believe the pic you posted is workable. However, would you consider possibly taking pictures *specifically* for a manip? For example, to take a pic like the one you posted, with the difference being that you make the camera stationary and steady like on a tripod… then before taking a picture of yourself, take one of the background only and immediately follow by taking one of you in a good pose without moving the camera. In doing so, this way it allows me (and any other "morphers") to isolate your body from the rest of the picture, do the manipulations, and then reinsert you into the background picture with a minimum of distortion to the background, lighting, or shadows.

Also, if you have a picture with (even slight) visible muscle contours (light and shadow and color and tone) it makes a big difference in my ability to use your own bodyparts as much as possible for the manipulation/enhancement. From what I see in the picture you posted, your shoulders, upper arms, and midriff area all have the potential for muscle enhancement of your actual body.

If you would be interested in working with me (and/or other "morphers") to take pictures specifically for an enhancement, please say so here.

I will try to post some of my past enhancements within the next day or two so you can get an idea of my work. (And maybe some of the people who have seen some of my enhancements posted back on Wreck's old board will vouch for me… hint, hint ) Also, you can look at my avatar to the left. It is an enhancement I made of Malissa Robbles. Admittedly I "frankensteined" her arm with the arm of Marja Lehtonen, and I "frankensteined" her face with another picture of her face because I thought it had a better expression. Go ahead and enlarge it though and try to find the seams. You might, but you'll most likely have to look pretty hard/close.  😎    (Oh, and you can check out my enhancements of an Adam Hughes drawn version of Powergirl here. The original is here posted by AlexG here.)

Additionally, what would be your "ideal" body/look/level of muscularity/amount of muscle definition be? I would enjoy the chance to enhance you as close to your fantasy/ideal self as possible. Also, I may consider doing 2 or more… 1 of your ideal (achievable) body, 1 of your fantasy (impossible to achive) body, and probably one "Phenomsinal" body of my own inspiration. (Oh, and in case you're wondering, I don't have any interest in making money at this. I do it for fun. AKA fun=payment )

There are other pics of her in this site, but you'll have to register to see them 😐 :
    http://www.search-female-physique.com/

Here is the direct link to her page:
    http://www.search-female-physique.com/4images/categories.php?cat_id=8

    I hope it will help you a litle… πŸ˜›

I would have gladly  included that site as a link but I have tried to register and they STILL have not emailed me a  registration code to activate my membership. They have a bunch of smaller pics of her which is encouraging that they exist, but I am not conviced  they  have larger versions to make available once you are a member…  that is assuming you can get them to activate it for you.  πŸ˜•

Thanks  for including  the link though. With any luck someone will figure out how to get them to activate memberships and upload all the pics  they  have of  her to Imageshack and link  to  them in this  thread.

Well  this could be a very long list, but these are those I could either think of off the top of my head or quickly find with a search. I can't place one above the other, so I am putting them in order of my discovery of them.

Rachel Mclish (She was my VERY first. It was on a cover of WPW where she wore a red one piece suit.)
    Lupita Lugo
    Charla Seddacca
    Sharon Bruneau
    Penny Price
    Rene Redden
    Lisa Ibarra
Zuzana Korinkova (With the exception of her overdoing the steroids and becomming masculinized shortly before leaving the sport.)
    Victoria Leskenko
    Stacey Moller
    Athena Annis
    Maria Dias
    Lisa Dulovic
    Chandra Coffey
Nathalie Foreau (Latest addition to my list of all-time picks as of like 2 days ago!)

AlexG, yes I did use your scan though I have another version from when Lingster blogged about it and I went to the full size version… yours was handy to have and gave me that final extra nudge to do these mods which I first considered upon seeing it in Lingster's blog post.

I am glad you (and everyone else who commented) enjoyed my enhancements, and THANK YOU for all those wonderful scans you have posted.

As for that discussion on the boob hole, everyone (except dcm) needs to get their priorities straight… meaning: WHO THE FUCK CARES ABOUT WHY IT'S THERE?!? JUST BE GREATFUL FOR THE CLEAVAGE, SHUTUP, AND ENJOY THE EVER-SO-IMPOSING AND MAGNIFICENT POWERGIRL BOOBIES!!! (And I second DCM's wish that she NEVER thinks of something to replace the hole… well unless she decides to replace it with a LARGER hole!)  πŸ˜€

Oh, and minor (anal retentive pet-peeve) to flashHEART.EXE: It's not a morph. It's an enhancement or modification. Morph is a specific term to describe a particular kind of fluid animation from one image into another.

Anyhow, I posted all remaining versions of the mods I did. (As an edit of the original post.)

You are probably going to get a ton of replies and pms over your farewell post so hopefully this one shall not become lost. No need to reply either as avoiding that hassle is why you started this farewell thread.

Allow me to say that you will be missed. It has been my pleasure seeing your work and interacting with you on the boards. You have certainly made a valued contribution to our little community.

But by no means should you hold any regrets. You have your priorties right where they should be: In the real world and on the people (or person) whom matter most in your personal life. If you are in love and loved back that is a treasure not to be taken for granted. Go with full steam, lavish her with your affections, and live a good life!

Fairwell Random. I wish you all the best.
