I agree, that is just way too much, isn't it really really unhealthy for women to have that little body fat, granted bodybuilders are already pushing the female limits of body fat health, but that looks to be an extreme?

Still a big fan of Amanda, but….

WOW I've always been a fan of Sarah, ever since her very early days… but recently she has become very serious in her training and it shows, she has sculpted herself an amazing and massive physique which turns me into jelly every time she posts new material, an amazing woman with amazing muscles who deserves our support…well that's my opinion anyway.

Hey everyone, they have a ratings bar under the clip, which is very good by the way, the rating is currently at 5.82, I'm sure that if we went there in masses and rated it at a 10 we would be able to raise the rating, letting everyone know that there are people out there who do like muscular women!!  Go watch the clip and us your power to VOTE VOTE VOTE!!!!

Your nervous system and your skeletal system need sodium (Na+) and Potassium (K-) in a two to three balance in order to function properly.  Na and K are the main electrolytes, there are others but i can't remember them, but without a proper balance of Na and K, no amount of water will help you stay hydrated, your muscles will shut down, then your nervous system and eventually death.  Gatorade has way too much Na with hardly any K, and since you need more K than Na it actually increases your imbalance of electrolytes.

YES!!! YES!!! YES!!!  Hydralite, in my humble opinion is the best sports drink money can buy.  It has an appropriate balance of sodium to potassium, which Gatorade does NOT have, Hydralyte also uses glucose as the energy/sweetener instead of sucrose like Gatorade, glucose is used directly by the body, and it takes energy to break down sucrose into glucose…

I'm an endurance athlete and i've used hydralyte for years and it does wonders to help rehydrate and recover from a hard workout.  It feels like it gets absorbed directly through the stomach, as opposed to water wich sloshes around until it can be absorbed by the small intestines…

    Highly Reccomended!!!

You can order five gallon tubs at the REI.com website.

Beanpole skinny myself. Only guy in town who can eat 5 pounds of cheesecake and loose weight. 😀 : (mmmmm. Cheesecake.Yummy.)  😀 :

    Amen to that.

I'm a long distance athlete, two hour mountain bike rides, four hour road bike rides, hour and a half trail runs, that sort of thing including Orienteering races on a National and International Level.  Orienteering is the sport of navigating through unfamilliar terrain at a full run using only a map and compass.

As to lifting and building muscle, i've tried and although i am male and have the hormones, i don't gain bulk, i become very toned and cut, but that's it, so using my body type to my advantage I focus my training on the endurance sports, instead of the power sports.

I saw that too, the whole comercial is viewable on the USA network website and i'm very happy to see that more women bodybuilders are recieving more prominent air time, granted they're fractions of a second but shows like Rescue Me, One Tree Hill, the Simpsons, The Cell, and Napoleon Dynamite have all featured amazonic women for some length of time…here's hoping muscular women will become even more prominent in mainstream culture!!!
