ParticipantMan alive that site has everyone. Rachel Grice !? 😮 I was just …. watching … a clip of her this morning.
I suppose comments like that are why all these women go there and not to someplace like Amaz0ns.

ParticipantAs much as I love gymnastics (hey, I even bought some rings off Coach Sommers), that test looked more than a little setup in favor of the gymnasts. (seriously, who can hold a handstand the longest?) I bet the football players would win if they included events like "run through a solid brick wall" or "tear someone's limbs off" 🙂

ParticipantI'm really wondering how he managed to get so many elite women on his site. Why are they there and not bb.com or elitefitness instead?

ParticipantMan that guy was amazing. That first one in the set is probably my favorite piece of female muscle art ever.

ParticipantI work out a lot and I'm pretty strong, so I wouldn't feel spindly.
I *would* be pretty self conscious if I was around a girl that had a ripped 6 pack though. I gave into temptation too many times recently and its going to take me some time to get it back.

Participantas simple as that, she built it herself, no radiation or freak accidents on this beauty, she wanted it and got it.
Best way to get it imho. The 'natural' transformation on brawna.org , sheer determination and willpower is sexier than radiation or accidents.
