Found this pic on Girlswithmuscle.com; they have it labeled as Bian. If they mean Bian Rui Ying they are clearly mistaken. Bian Rui Ying is more muscular and have big tattoos on her left arm and lower back. Found identical image on some Korean site, so she might be a Korean FBB. Also posted real Bian at bottom.

Resident Evil Revelations had a character Rachel; she died and was transformed into Rachel Ooze (sometimes spelled Rachael) by T virus. The side effect of that seem to make her a little more muscular.
