A couple of old games…sorry if already posted.
Kaiser Knuckle, a fighting game by Taito, had a typical “Jungle Girl” type named Liza who sported a nice muscle tone in both her selection and winning portraits (not so much in her in-game sprites):
Yep, same character.Also, there was a game by SEGA called Tant-R, which basically was a lot of mini games. One of the puzzles showed a couple of bodybuilders (I erased the male).
Reminds me of the female bodybuilder from Outrunners…probably because of the style. 😉I vaguely remember this game. Don’t seem to be too muscular.

Yes, a bb couple actually, piloting a green buggy named “The Wild Chaser”.
Although he doesn’t look too buff here. Anyway, the character isn’t either blonde, or wearing a bikini, so it could be a different one…In their “good” ending, they start posing so hard their clothes rip/explode leaving them in posing suits:
Haven’t found the “bad” ending, though. But here’s their sprite sheet, so we can deduce that they hit the weights.
Speaking of Outrunners…there’s a cameo from Dora the Centauress in Greece, sporting her buff arms.
Any other muscles’ appreciation goes right into Furry territories. Be warned.Aaand speaking of Golden Axe…in GAIII, there’s Sarah Barn/Burn/Vane, who, despite being “just” a dancer, is noticeably more muscular than Tyris Flare.
