It seems they are two different characters, á la Alone in the Dark, called [Alexios and Kassandra.

The “Metal Max” series features ladies with decent build; not exactyl in-game (they’re chibi -like sprites) but in their cover and official art. Mostly those named “The Soldier” and the female version of “The Wrestler“.
There is also a game called Metalmax Fireworks that had some lovely muscle girls, including this wrestler:
