So a mobile game called max gentlemen has a female character named Penny Farthing. She She has some muscular art in the game. For PC their is a dating sim called max gentlemen sexy business. I don’t think she has anything muscular art in this game but she does arm wrestle the player character at some point. Angel full body is A female character that gives the player A loan. She has abs on full display and dlc will make her dateable. A few other female character seem to have some art i don’t know if it’s real some i won’t post it. You also create your character and you can pick a fairly muscular body for male or female. If you don’t want to mind being spoiled i will post some long gameplay videos below the pictures

Resident Evil Revelations had a character Rachel; she died and was transformed into Rachel Ooze (sometimes spelled Rachael) by T virus. The side effect of that seem to make her a little more muscular.
