Also for something a little more recent, a kind of crazy punch out style boxing game called Facebreaker was just released, which features a character named Sparrow who has some great arms. Couldn't find a good pic so here's a vid.

Zelda has some good female muscle.  A lot of the women are pretty standard, but some are quite muscled.

I think the most notable one is Impa, a Sheikah protector of Princess Zelda in many games:

If you want to keep an eye out for female muscle.

Champions Online will feature some very muscular female superheroes.  They're not going to be mega muscle sized, but they will have well defined muscularity, decent biceps, and will be able to pull off incredible feats of strength.

Also, Metal Gear Solid 4.  I don't want to spoil anything but if you happen to beat Metal Gear, Meryl the character from Metal Gear Solid on the PSX will wear clothing that shows off the skin of her upper body.  When you beat the game you will discover the Meryl has some gorgeous looking, photo realistic muscles with the prettiest eyes.  Her upper body is definitely worth checking out if you own the game.

On the same person's page, there is a game called Denjin Makai 2. At he end of the 1st stage there is a woman(at least I THINK it is) growing into a huge strangely flexible boss. She keeps popping up during the game and does a good amount of flexing if anyone wants to check it out.

And yes that move is AWESOME! 😉
