I came across this one on amazon.com. Sounds like it might be interresting "BODY: A Novel" by Harry Crews.

I'm not looking for just stories, but actual books, fictional stories in paperback or hardcover.

I thought the point was to choose from the areas and writers that they have rights to use.

It need a bit of fine tuning but I like "Newcomers by Plowjack".

I imagine if you asked the authors they would be more then happy to give permission to use their stories
