I noticed, though, that her arms seen through her jacket are…  😮 NON-MUSCULAR.

You mean she's padded?   😥 Say it ain't so…

I don't think she is so, I guess it's just the classical sketch skeleton
Though her legs are somewhat non-muscuar

Well, I'll be honest
Its a great artwork and all, but the face makes it look way too male (the thick eyebrows and thin lips being the most notorious points), though the body and garments are OK
