Both Gblock and The Silent One habe givem most excellent advice, all that I's can add is thus:
The use of space, silence and sublty.

Do not try to fill the page with too many descriptions, adverbs or adjectives. A read does not need to be told repeatedly that the character is growing nor does the character need to reinforce this point through their dialogue ("Oh My God! I'm Growing!" she screamed being an overused case-in-point). Make the reader use and stimulate their own imagination by using less useless description but do not be intentionally vague or skip parts of the process so it becomes confusing.

Also, try to image the character's own reaction to their growth. Are they scared? Do they enjoy/find it arousing? Are they angry -if so, how and why?
Think about their motivations and the exact process of their growth -is it gradual, all at one or in varying stages?

But, most important, write what you want to read and what dwells in your heart.
If you can do that alone, then you have succeeded.

Seems like a most interesting Forum with much promise. I's will forward on the link to others but may not join my's self.
Anthropomorphism does not interest I much, unless the artist themselves have appealing talent.

After all the words that have come fore, there is little left to say excepting this:

The only person you have to train for is yourself. Our opinions and desires are irelevent when compaired to your's.
So, you must do as your heart compells you to. For there is nothing else.
If you still your Heart to be twained between differing Reasons and differing Desires, then it is advised to delve deeper within the problem and seek advice from those more qualified than ourselves here. Go to your local gym and ask the advise and opinions of fellow females -preferably those involved within the sports of Fitness, Figure or Bodybuilding- and weigh them against your own. E-mail the women whom you do admire the most and ask for their advice. They are often the most honest and more common than not, advise against their sport unless the compedative Spirit dwells within.

For my's own part, I's once trained as a bodybuilder but abandon such things because of th overly competative nature of male bodybuilding as well as notion you have to be bigger than the man next to you. I's was not willing to scarifice my's body and flexabilties for such a petty and pitiful thing.
That and I's placed rather badly in my's first amateur competition in German because of the frightful and cleaved nature of my's flesh. After that event, I's was advice to either seek corrective physical surgery or abandon the sport all together.
The latter was chosen.
Some scarifices should not be made.

But it is hoped that some words amongst my's rambling may be of some assistence.
But, as always, the choice must be your's.

Indeed. A most interesting twist. And a good explanation for the title.
But one does not need super powers to deal with a paedophile, molester and/or rapist. All you need is a spool of barbed wire, a sharp knife, a large packet of course salt, a strong stomach and much patience.
It is a dark Path to thread, but Vengences is never a thing taken lightly.
I's eagerly look forward to the future installments of this tale.
