Kulli: strangely enough, you are near the spitting image of one of the Shadow's deareat friends and I's would in no way call her fat.
Of large build, yes, but never "fat" to use the term.

You have a build that is commonly referred to as a "barmaid's build", that is broad shouldered, low and strong centre of gavity and much hidden strength. It is a build that lends itself well to such endevours as powerlifting, because of the low centre of gravity and broadness of the shoulders and hips to evenly carry the weight -similiar to how a barmaid carries beer kegs as so forth.

You, nor anyone else here, should be ashamed of your forms. The human body is glorious because it exists not because of shape -natural or unnatural.
Be proud you all, no matter what, for at least you have the entirity of your forms, unlike some.

Define muscular in the broader sense?

I's have traversed many scales and sizes.
From slim to bulk, to toned to rake and back through again.
Currently, I's would be called buffed because I's have a good "pump" size but relaxed I's merely appear as toned and slightly (to use the pun if ya'll have ever seen my's flesh) chisled.
I's am cursed with a hyper-rated metatabolism which can chew through muscle as well as fat at an alarming rate. Couple this with former addiction issues and it never bodes well for your physique.
Also, I's lost a large ammount of mass when I's last received a near crippling and fatal injury and my's right leg was so damaged that the doctors thought that they may have to amputate. Since then, the chances to fully regain all that I's have lost have been few but I's remain fit through work and other activities -even though my's physical mobility is limited by 35 years of irrevsable damage.
Though it all remains well.

Yes.
That is always a risk, but we should trust the patrons here to show maturity and responsability in this matter.
If it does become out of hand in the manner that you do suggest, we can always have Lingster terminate the function and dweel on it no more.

I's have been loved and hated all my's existence.
The mere numbers of faceless word concern I not.
Neither should they you. For you are a fine contributor to our humble corner of the Cyber Space Realms and a fine representation of a human creature.
Do not fret of mere casual statistics but rather focus on what brings you here and what gives you joy in being here.

And best of luck in your goals and desire to change and, to use a useless term, better yourself in your own eyes.
Though it may the Path may be rough and long, it is surely a rewarding one.
If you faulter, there are many (both here and without these Cyber Space Realms) that can help and support. If you feel as if you may fail yourself, feel no shame but be proud to know who you are and what you want. For you do what few others ever will.
And, if it may comfort you in any fashion, I's known many women of your stature and current physique tread upon the same path that thou doth wish to and have achieved much -though the length of their journey did vary greaterly, they all achieved what they wanted and gained much.
Physically, emotionally and spiritually.
