HA! My threats actually work! 😈

Anyways, really nice pic. Nice clean linework, just needs to be a little darker in the "no-no" region. Otherwise really great neutral pose and wonderful anatomical accuracy. Two thumbs way up.

I didn’t go to an actual show but the hotel I used to work for, sponsored rooms for the contestants. So I got to see a few muscly ladies in person. 😀

Though one question wahts a sternum and clavicle? I’ll probably google it myself to find out but giving me a general location might help me to understand some of the analogies u put forth.

Anways ye i know the colors a bit too diffused. I tend to be weary of trying new things unless im forced to. But ill look into creating deeper shadows next time around. Hey can i pm u about ur coloring proccess?

The clavicle is the anatomical term for your collar bone and the sternum is the long bone at the center of your chest that holds together the ribcage. You can actually feel it all the way up your chest. Where the two clavicle bones and the sternum meet is that "U" shape at the base of your neck.

A coloring tutorial is in the mix, but I’m on the inactive roster alongside Dwarf due to technical losses. Once I get my Wacom tablet back, I will be doing a full walkthrough on my method of drawing, inking and coloring an image.

Take note what it says at the bottom. The site is under construction. I’m sure it will be ready for viewing in due time.

Practice makes perfect. Good drawing isn’t just about putting lines on paper, it’s also about knowing the subject of your drawing back to front. I can see that you used a photo for reference and it helped you do several right thing with the drawing. But although you made some right moves with the drawing somethings were handled in the wrong manner. Some of the pectoral lines are moving in the wrong direction. The pectoral muscle moces toward the arm and tucks under the deltoid. The trapezius muscle is a back muscle but in the angle you have the woman, the deltoid will wrap behind it. You have it drawn correctly on the right side, but it goes behind the deltoid on the left. The neck looks like you took shadows that looked important and put them down on th paper. I’ve said this before in several other threads but it really does help out to go through an anatomy book, which is much more beneficial than copying photos. I know it gets old hearing me reapeat that statement over and over again, but any good artist will tell you the same thing. Hope you find all of this helpful.

I agree. I guess because it’s a morph package for a male model, you can’t get something really femenin in the face. 🙁

And by "Bass," do you mean our lovely member, BassAsh?

Technically on this forum she’s Bass, but yeah it’s BassAsh.

Still whos the girl? and is that a leaf or price tag attached to the end of teh sword? 😆

The girl, given you haven’t read Bass’s journal post, is Bass herself. The thing on the sword isn’t a leaf or a price tag. Chinese short swords usually have tassles on them, in most cases to distract enemies with their bright color. I decided to have the tassle as a Pheonix feather.
