I was thinking that somehow she'd wind up with all the traits.  However, my thought was that she had gained enough intelligence on her own to manipulate the machines herself.  Perhaps she could find some notes somewhere and could replicate the experiment herself!  Mayhaps a sequel to your fine tale?  😉

I'm not sure about the dog's spots but the Mighty One himself penned a tale entitled "Will's Power" in which an artifact of some sort gives him the power to alter the musculature of anyone.  In fact, he does alter the breast size of a girl.  He could see all the vectors and statistics of a person's body structure, I believe.  I'm just trying to remember this from memory (which sometimes isn't the greatest  :-P) so I may be wrong on what story you're thinking of.

Actually, I heard that they were having problems with the coloring of the costume.  Whoever was coloring the comic was having a tough time remembering to put in fleshtone colors on the abs so they decided to just make the costume with no exposure to make it easier.   😐

Nice continuation on your story.  However, I noticed that the tale jumped a bit after Mandy wished that she were taller.  You may have had the same pasting problem that you had previously.  If that's true, you can correct it easily enough.

The X-Men pic was from a storyline involving Havok with a cameo from Wolverine.  It was in Marvel Comics Presents #24-31 and the villainess is Plasma aka Leila O'Toole.  She's related to the Living Pharaoh and she absorbs cosmic radiation to grow taller and more muscular.  She was the girlfriend of Havok and tricked him into bathing her with his power in issue #28 where she was first revealed in her costume.  That particular pic was from the last issue (#31).  The artwork was pretty good (Rich Buckler & Bruce Patterson) and she was drawn fairly muscular.

Plasma made only one other appearance in Moon Knight V2 #25, I believe.  It was a double-sized issue guest starring Ghost Rider.  She wasn't muscular at all in this appearance and she apparrently died at the end but that is debatable given the nature of her powers.
