BTW – do you know if there's something weird going on with the DeviantArt site please?  I can't seem to get pages to load unless I put a '1' after 'www' on individual pictures and I can't get artists' pages (like yours) to load at all.  Maybe I'm the only person in the world who's experiencing this, but it only started a week or two ago and was fine before… (sigh).

Actually I can't access DA at all. I can't load it and it won't let me sign in. My friend Becki is having exatly the same problem (and she's in my area) so we thought it might be a local thing, but now.. I dunno. It's been going on about a week…

(although she doesn't look too happy about it herself!)

    She's never happy, don't worry >P

I think you draw the most beautiful abs I've ever seen!

    Why thank you~ 😀

    Here's the finished inks BTW

    Anything, it wouldn't matter!
I tried making one on RPG maker once.. XD it was fun.
I could even do voices? >P I did take a GCSE in Drama and I could probably put on a pretty good American accent if need be! XD

    Depends. I'm quick, very quick.

Normally from sketch to ink to colour (speaking traditionally, pencil crayons and all) it can take me about 30 mins. If I really work at it it can take upto 6 hours.

CGing traditional linework can take upto eight hours but can be a quick 10 minute job!

And I RARELY draw right onto photoshop. If I do I don't often finish.

Yeah I do that. I prefer wearing my Doc Martens and my New Rocks than my Vans… I've always been pretty on-edge about my ankles, they're terrible ._.

My style is a load of nonsense most of the time x_X I can barely made head nor tail of it!

I have two styles so it's kind of arkward. Tho, I do bodies pretty much the same.
My most common style is anime-based and is much more simplistic than my other more western comic-book style.

I learn from what I see in drawing muscles, and my first influence was DBZ, because I used to be an avid fan o_O! But my style came into it's own because I've always been influenced by other styles. Seems silly but most of the time I make it up as I go along! XD

But I've always preffered drawing in a style that doesn't put in too much detail but still has a good amount of it. Like my personal prefference would be more to Dr Otto's art than DCM's.
Ofcourse they are both excellent artists! (and probably a lot better than I can ever be! :P)

I'm always changing things when I draw, so often something I'd have drawn say six months ago will look very different from something I'd have reecently done. So really… I'm influenced by just about every image I see! It'd be hard to pinpoint what exactly.

Wow I'd love to look like her~! ^_^

Heh don't worry you guys gave me the push to join the gym in the first place and that's often the hardest step. All I have to do now is keep going regularly and who knows maybe one day… 😉

The worst thing about ankles is that if they are broken once they never recover and are oft to break again and again.

Yes, I learnt that the hard way. My right ankle is knackered, pretty much, I've broken it at least five times.

The stance you described is similar to the one I was thinking of, slightly squatting, feet pointing forwards but pointing your knees out as far away from each other as you can because it strengthens muscles along the inside of your leg and also your ankles (because of the strange foot-forward knees out thing)

I did notice your wrists were pretty small, but I wouldn't know what to do about that. My wrists are really thick and strong (as in rip a phone book in two strong. Seriously, my mum can do that and mine are even stronger than hers..) however my ankles are like made of glass x_X So… does anyone know what might help ankles?
I know from my TKD that standing in a certain stance (forgot it's name) for a long time strengthens all of your legs (and god does it make them sore when you do repetitive punches for like 15 minutes x_X) but I was just wondering about specifically ankles…
